    I substituted the cinnamon with cocoa and drizzled with melted chocolate. According to the chocoholic at the table......"DELISH".
    Keep 'em coming. You're helping me win major brownie points!

    There's a dish very similar to this in India, called Gulgula. It's essentially the exact same ingredients prepared the exact same way, except the bananas are mashed and mixed into the batter. Then, you roll the batter into a ball and fry that. I imagine it tastes the exact same, though yours might be a bit healthier.

  • @asmodeos666
    @asmodeos666 11 ปีที่แล้ว

    Would you recommend to freeze the banana slices first ? So it is easier to work with them into the batter and into the deepfryer ?

    • @purplebird481
      @purplebird481 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      It depends. Either the chicken has been fed a good diet of food, something that's not really found with caged hens... or the supplier has added colour to the egg. I've read that the brighter the orange yolk, the better quality the actual egg is.. but given how they can have colour added, I don't know how you can fully prove which egg is good quality, unless you carefully research where you get your eggs from.
