I use mine twice a day. My first wrist band started failing @ 30 days and I called Cala Health. The puck kept indicating that the band needed repositioning and no matter what I did, it wouldn't work. They agreed to send me a replacement band at no cost in return for my old one so they can do diagnostics on it. Haven't received the replacement band yet, but I was issued four bands originally and my second band is working just fine. Operating @ 2.50 intensity and I get a good buzz at that setting. I'm seeing about 80% success rate with mine. I do the 'flapping wing' tremor exercise and my left hand is the wobbler. I'm right-handed, so that's fortunate.
Can't really tell yet if it's helping as I have had some issues with the device not fitting right and not recognizing that the battery is fully charged. Kind of disappointing how long it takes to fix the problems since I live in Arizona
I don’t know. I got mine through the Veterans Affairs. It doesn’t cost anything for me. I have “nonessential “:essential tremors. I call them nonessential because they keep me from doing anything that requires a steady hand. A VA connected neurologist prescribed it for me.
I charge my device whenever I’m not using it. I use it 2 times per day. I don’t see much difference between my use of it and when I don’t. I have tried drawing the spiral but the shape looks as bad after I use the device as before. I have a Cala trio.

Will this work for me if I'm a type 1 diabetic, on an insulin pump using a CGM 7???

The charge only lasts a day or so. And, I only get one use or so before I have to charge it again.
It's very expensive
On their website, it states it is NOT suitable for Parkinson's.
Can Pacemaker patients use this device?
where can buy that device?
How much did this cost you? I have essential tremor.😊
Expensive.. about $2.5k
