4:46 wearing mask. Very professional. I see many videos cutting without mask not knowing how important to prevent yourself from those carbon dusts flying everywhere
Yes, still the same. No real point in changing it since it seems to work perfectly and it's reasonably light as well. If you're not convinced you could take up the Bora Hans Grohe approach, they glued in a aluminium tube and use a traditional starnut. They claim the riders prefer the stiffer steerer and it's not that much heavier. You can spot it here: th-cam.com/video/oSl3A8tHj6U/w-d-xo.htmlsi=RBBcglT_qBNnhff4&t=308
Very nice, but a bike like this deserves some light tires. I understand the everything Specialized, but 150 gram less is possible.. Example: Maxxis Highroad (184gr) + TPU(21gr) will result in 368 + 42 = 410 gram
It's way too tight at the rear dropout. Right in front of axel is the bolt which holds the hanger and fiddling a cable around that would be way to complicated: 23:55 It's a little long, but you really wouldn't notice while riding and shouldn't be a problem. You can see it pretty good it in the manual if you're interested: media.specialized.com/support/collateral/2024_TARMAC_SL8_USER_MANUAL_ENGLISH.pdf
Nice tape on the fork! Very detailed.
Beautiful!

Nice video vibe, good job!
I absolutely love the color of this frame. It reminds me a bit of Nissans Midnight Purple.
Supervideo…wowsome build…
Awesome build :)
My God, that fork with that tool, I hope the driver is not hurt.
SL8 still uses that crazy modified red steerer tube insert? I thought they had corrected that.

what did you apply after you cut the tong tube, what did you apply? thanks.
that's normal super glue to seal the cut. Not strictly necessary but we like to go the extra mile 😉👍
dont like the rear di2 cable out location, why didnt they put it just above the derailleur?

@@roadbikechannel yeah but other brands make it way better.
23:58 the chain looks a little loose
Nice. Roval (yeah, royal, too). Why not CLX II?
Why is the frame size blurred out?
Nice build, but I would not wrap a bartape on TH-cam! 😜
where is your junction box placed to be able to charge?
With pedals, another bottle cage, and power meter would be more than 7kg
What kind of cable lengths did you use?
are you using all lithium grease?
Where can I buy all the bike parts?
Very nice Tarmac SL8!
What is the stem and bar length of the roval cockpit?
What‘s the music?
E’ tempo di gravel 😉
7kg Dream bike 😂 and Hell climb
Très beau mais le prix 😢on connaît et le poids est faussé car il n'y a pas de pédales 😮
Wouldn't put Shimano and Dream in the same title. LOL
Boring build. Everything is stock like a factory build. No aftermarket parts
