"Watching an expert at work is like witnessing art in action."
Awesome video. The upside-down handlebar trick was something new.
This was great. I was glued to my TV screen watching this master mechanic at work. I mean, how good is this guy? To be trusted with the bike of the greatest cyclist in generations; maybe ever. He has to be the best at his craft.
Upside down and backwards handlebar mounting for internal routing. A technique I have never seen before!
yes, this was interesting and never seen , must try with my Colnagos ;O)
Pro mechanics have some interesting tricks for sure, what was your favourite part of the bike?
Why the brake pad swap?
@@911thisguyDA comes stock with metallic pads, so a swap to resin. Also interesting to bleed with the pads and a spacer versus the bleed blocks.
Looked like a bike built at Walmart for a second.
Next level, full race bike. The mechanic has done that before.
Gee, you know what you're doing when you shoot. Thanks for this.
do you need my address to ship it??
No it's mine, sorry
Hello, Tadej.
They send two? 😅
Ahhhh . . .NICE choice of LOW volume relaxing background music allowing us to focus our attention on where it counts: the build :-) Great stuff !
A standout professional and a very close friend. Congrats to my boy Gabriele Campello on an awesome job!! :)
165mm Cranks. Dang. These pro mechanics have really mastered building these Disc Brake Bikes. Super clean build.
Glad you liked I! What was your favourite part?
@@GeeMilner Probably the Mechanic measuring the inward tilt on the shifters.
@@GeeMilnerwhen he touched all over the rotors with no🧤
@@breaklessbeauty679 I do it all the time. brake cleaner gets rid of all noise. brake pads are what you should be more worried / careful about.
What a stunning machine
Bikes…are awesome!
Thanks for sharing
Yesssssssss. I’ve waited for many time to watch this superbike

A bike worthy of the next Giro and Tour winner!
I just love these

Hope you enjoyed the film! Let me know what your favourite part was?
@@GeeMilner my favorite part are the cinematic shots at the end. the delayed gratification in them is next level ahah
I wolud be glad and accepted a V4RS Colnago @TadejPogačar edition as gift since my road bike was stolen.
Superb quality!!
Top bike for a Legend rider!
Great to bring PRO rider bikes to the channel!
This bike is masterpiece! Maybe some day...
It's awesome isn't it?! What did you enjoy the most?
@@GeeMilner frame. Also Enve parts, wheels are perfect!

Stunning:)
Aupa txapeldun. Oso polita, bai jauna.
really really i want!!
Campagnolo with Colnago.
Kthx.
Hmm...
Lets go get that giro d'italia !!
Even though these are highly maintained and receive daily attention, I was surprised to see that the headset received no grease.
im not sure if that's how they work but wasn't there a no maintanence, maybe eben lube free, ceramic speed version of headset bearings, SLT or something? might be the case, but i noticed too. also that compared to other teams and videos i've seen, the measurements were taken quite old school. like no dedicated measurement tools, even for alignment of stem and front wheel.
even no grease in the seatpost area
@@fcfaby i mean, you don’t grease the seatpost… you might use some carbon mounting paste for extra friction, but if it holds without, it’s fine. and i don’t think we saw him insert the seatpost clamping wedge, there might be grease on it already, if that’s what the manufacturer suggests
@@lovemesomedetail Yeah v4rs come stock with ceramic speed slt bearings
@@lovemesomedetail you also grease these with carbon paste, for added friction but more importantly because carbon on carbon will mold together over time
Are the additional buttons on the dropbar part of his handlebars for shifting easily while in the drops/descending? Or perhaps while climbing? Seen it on the centre part of the handlebars near the stem before but never in this spot. Left click is shift down, right click is shift up and double click is shift front mech just like with secondary sram thumb / button shifters? Thanks for the video!
they're for sprinting
What does it take to be a pro mechanic like the one in this video? I have always dreamed of being one. I have worked on all brands of bikes for many yrs now.
I'm surprised no fancy derailleur cage and pulleys. Really cool too watch.
Do you run them on your bike? Glad you found the Dream Build enjoyable!
@@GeeMilner no but if i were Tadej I would 🫡
they are probably more trouble to maintain. remember each pro has like several bikes
Super nave
my dream roadbike feels like tadej once i im on that wheel 😅
Stuning build, just like to question, I saw no assembly paste being added in friction points, and the handlebar tape was roled in the opposite way, were this details missing or choices?
I"m just guessing but probably missing re the tape - wrong way IMHO :-)
Christina Aguilera's You're so Beautiful should be playing gently in the back ground. Followed by Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon.
I predict this bike will win a few races.
I predict it will win the Giro and the Tour this year and hopefully the World Championship as well
Hello, good day! May I know what is the total total duration for you to complete this new bike setup? Is the 21 minutes the unedited and uncut duration?
Enve SES 4.5, hookless, tubeless only, 32mm wide, optimized for 28C, so presumably he's riding a 28C that measures 30-32mm. So even those riding 28 really aren't riding 28, but 30-32. My 32C on a 34mm wide rim measures 33.5mm.
❤
Italian quality❤
Dunno what it is about wheels going onto a bike but its the mosf satisfying part
Perfekte Hintergrundmusik
Very nice (except for the ENVE logo on the wheels).
I do this for a living too, and getting brake hoses through the integrated bars is a pain in the backside.
Wow❤
Nice
Então e a massa que se coloca quando se mete rolamentos na caixa de direção???
At 18:30 what are those wires and bumps on the inside of the bars? Di2 E-TUBE port (instead of folding hoods up)? Edit: oh satellite shifters.
No torque wrenches were harmed in the making of this video.
I thought Pog used a Darimo seatpost?
Gee thanks for this . Who is the music by plz.
Great video! But did he raw dog that whole thing? Not a spot of grease anywhere.
finally
Love the music. It's chills you right out. Who is this music by plz.
Like Home - inola
That’s what Shazam told me and I think it’s right
Amazing build! What are those little things that he put under the bar tape? 18:14
di2 sprint shifters
He wrapped the bar tape outside in. Maybe that’s how Pogačar likes it?
I can't help it. It's a beautiful work but I saw how visma mechanic put together their bikes and that was even more impressive than this
Great video!
What was that small battery-like thing that got glued to the drive-side chainstay?
A magnet for the powermeter crank
@@Dri1aah okay! How is it connected to the powermeter?
@@TheLanorth it has a built in cadence sensor which requires a magnet
That makes sense!
❤🔥
😍
How many times will he use it ?
Those cogs looks like 11-34T and the Chainrings are 54-40T
is that good to zero grease headset these day?
Do you sell the frame? I really like it
care to list the groupset parts?
mamma mia che bolide!!! peccato che costa troppo per le mie tasche!
What assembly bike stand is it?
Thanks
Where is the motor plug in cables? Its hole is just seen at 10:53
Headset bearing without grease ??🙃
What’s the brand of tools with the orange handles??
Beta
Look at Parc's tools instead - better IMHO (I do not work for Parc ! LOL)
Can someone explain me what did he connect in the saddle tube?
It's the battery for the electronic groupset, the battery sits inside the seatpost.
What is that round piece of metal added near the BB along the chain stay just behind the driveface at 10:57? Is that a sensor?
Maybe a magnet for the cadence sensor
@@francescovalle8678 ohhh thats a good take, makes sense. i've seen it on some merida bike builds as well on another channel and i thought it would be an NFC tag to identify the bike or something, to track the bike and make management of all the bikes easier for the staff.
I'am not 100% but I think ... The cadence sensor is on/in the pedal and what you described is the reference point ( magnet ) for counting.
Shimano magnet for cadence
Ohhh... didn't know that. Thanks for all your response. Stay awesome. Ride safe.
🥰
What brand are the disk rotors? Anyone know?
Carbon ti rotors
Correct, Carbon Ti!
What is this device added at the end of the seat tube at 16:47?
It is the DI2 battery for the derailleurs. The cables for it is what he was threading in the very first bit.
@@youarevictoria4981 Thanks!
which is better, colnago or pinarello?
супер
Interesting he wraps the bars inward not outward
Where you did hide the engine?
Good luck servicing the headset bearing next time
I wondering if he does any home build including materials 😅
