It can be a lot when you're at a shoot and someone is trying to schedule, make changes, ask questions, and you want to get back to them in a timely manner considering this business is all about speed. I call these "good problems" and look forward to getting to a point where I can hire some help. A video on hiring a virtual assistant would be great! What to look for, where to look, what tasks they should be responsible for, pay structures, etc. Thanks for always bringing so much value! Keep it up!
You have my support and appreciation. We're not in the same markets but what you discuss always feels spot on with my experience. It's easy to suggest that you try to maintain a balance and not get too wound up and too over-subscribed with your work, but I'm trusting you already know that. You have a lot to offer to this community, and clearly have a lot to offer your clients. Make sure you're giving the same focus and attention to that admiring son of yours and a wife who's willing to join forces and work along side you in your business. Going on my 4th year in business but year 3 was extremely busy for me. I also have a one year old so juggling care for my little one as well as trying to stay ahead in business has been difficult. I'm also training a VA to handle a lot of the workload in the morning which will make life so much easier. But I can definitely relate man, it does get overwhelming sometimes and I'm hoping my VA will take a lot of the workload soon.

Thanks! HD photo hub would be my second choice. I just don’t like the design of their order pages and property websites. Looks too dated. Honestly that’s my biggest issue with them. I think spiro has some better features as well.

I did purchase your two practice packets and found both extremely helpful. Also found your preset package helpful as well. One thing I was trying to locate from your packages and videos is this: "What metering mode do you suggest using when shooting HDR photography? I ask because whenever I attempt HDR, I find that my starting image, the one the camera selects, is always too dark as the histogram is not centered but instead left of center (darker). So was wondering is this because of the metering mode I am using. As such, what metering mode do you recommend for HDR interior photography. Again, Thanks!
Happy new year and thank you! The metering mode I use is “multi”. Even if the starting image is a little dark it shouldn’t matter too much because you have the other 2 brighter brackets to compensate for it.

With regard to Pixlmob, do you typically upload all raw images that you shot, or do you just upload the photo merged photos to them to edit?
Upload all raw images and they will take care of everything from there
