    Hey Mike, I have a great tip that you can share with your viewers the next time you make a video about videography. There's this thing called white balance filter/disc, you put it over your lens, point at a light source of a room, and set that as your custom white balance. It either gives you perfect or 99% accurate white balance you need to shoot that room. There's one brand that's more expensive called expo disc, but even the $15 knock off version called JJC white balance filter does exact same job and its even easier to handle as you don't have to screw it on your lens. Ever since I bought this it made my life SO much easier, I don't have to check and adjust WB, I just put the disc over my lens and voila.

    Can you do a video on how to get clients? I started with a company and had clients use me exclusively, but now that I’m on my own I can’t take them. I have a few realtors since starting back in May, but this year I’m hoping to go full time. I’ve been cold calling lol! A video on that would be great!

    I just recently switched to Spiro for all the same reasons. It's such a great system. I love it's pricing model the most. I hated paying for systems/services that I wouldn't use that month. The pay as you go model is great, not to mention their support has been spot on. Great Video!

    So what's the point of the property website? Is it for you to deliver the goods to the agent? Or something the agent uses to help share their listing with customers? And does the photographer customize it for the agent, or does the agent have access to customize it like they want to for the buyer?
    And that 'marketing content'--is that something you have to customize for the agent, or something they have access to to customize and use on their own after payment and delivery? I.e. is the photographer putting work into these templates, or is it just lots of goodies for the agent to customize and use as they see fit after the transaction?

    • @InsideRealEstatePhotography

      Agent has access to all these features and they are able to customize it themselves. Property websites they can definitely share with buyers as it’s a great way to showcase all media streams in one place.

    Thanks for the great video!
    I just wanted to ask, do you have to use the order page? Or will I be able to just create a listing and have it emailed to the agent for them to open and pay and download their photos and videos? If so, will they still have to make an account or will they just be able to open the link and pay and download?
    Thanks in advance!

    • @InsideRealEstatePhotography

      You have to create orders in order to send a listing so you will have to create some sort of order page that has your services on it with your pricing. That doesn’t mean you use it though. You can just create the orders for your client when they book.

    Thank you for this very informational video. How does the payment processing work and what are the fees associated with payments?

    • @InsideRealEstatePhotography

      Payments are process through stripe. Not sure what the exact fee percentage is but it’s pretty comparable to most other online payment services.

    • @osh5249

      @@InsideRealEstatePhotographyThanks. So just to confirm we pay for both per listing and the CC fee?

    • @InsideRealEstatePhotography

      @@osh5249 yes, you have to pay spiros listing fee of $5 then whatever stripes fee is to process the payment. If your customer paid by check or something then there would be no payment processing fee.

    Hey, Mike, when you upload images to Spiro for customers, what size are your final pics? Dimensions? How many MB? I realize Spiro will change them to different sizes based on what the agent wants, but I mean what you consider your 'final' that you upload. I've had a hard time getting that from youtube trainers, and want to make sure I'm not wasting HDD space making them too big.

      Hey, I believe once the agent is logged in, they're able to rearrange the photos by going to the "SECTIONS" tab and click "Gallery" then there's a "Rearrange" button next to the "Upload" button. Once they click rearrange, they can click and drag the photos to whatever order they want. Hope that helps! @@InsideRealEstatePhotography

    I run my business in Asia and Spiro doesn’t currently cater for alternative currencies or default site languages. Built for a western demographic currently.
    Really disappointed as love everything they offer.
