    I noticed how clean Calgary is for a big urban city. When we visit Vancouver we notice the same cleanliness. It’s quite refreshing to visit a big city that is so clean. Loved the fossils! Thanks for taking us along. Safe travels.

    That was an awesome episode! And it was wonderful to see and hear Greg, for once! Greg D is an awesome member of this rockhounding community, but like me, is rarely ever seen! It was wonderful to finally see you Greg! And thank you so much for spending the day out there showing them your city and exploring the rocks! And how wonderful for you two, to finally meet the infamous Greg Derksen! And Canada is so beautiful so far! It's just amazing! Thank you for showing us how amazing Canada is!

    Awesome view of Calgary at night. Fantastic scenic vista of the Canadian rockies. Greg is such a cool, friendly, great person! You guys get to meet up with some wonderful special people you've met on TH-cam! Some very cool interesting fossils. Wow, the ammolite and sodalite were both gorgeous! Sweet gifts. And, I bet the Saskatoon berries made for great pancakes! Thanks for taking us along. Enjoy the rest of your week, Charlie n Liz. 😊

      It was the easiest city to camp in so far. Calgary is pretty cool and so is Greg. He is a solid guy. Someday we'll get to meet all our friends in person. We have unfinished business in Wisconsin. 😉
      Excited for your UP trip, btw! Enjoy yourself. You deserve it.

    GREG!!! Good seeing you as always brother ...I like Canadian money I have heard that because of the plastic its made from it can shrink like a shrinky dink which I think is kind of cool but the fact that its a plastic seems like it would hold up longer. Thats the littlest dinosaur but his size didnt get in the way of his dreams he was an apex predator of apex predators, I am loving all the different fossils.
    I have never had a saskatoon ( is that spelled right) berry I really want to try some of those, and that sodalite is pretty but that ammolite is amazing like I really really need to go find some of that stuff.
    Great adventure you guys cant wait to see whats next Canada is such a cool place

    • @TheAdventureCloset
      @TheAdventureCloset  ปีที่แล้ว

      Interesting about the money. Hmmm. 🤔
      That little dino probably made T-Rex pee his pants.
      We want to get some of that ammolite too. That piece Greg gave us is some of the prettiest stuff we've seen.
