Hi! He just sent the recipe I’ll post asap thanks!
And I noted he used a. Era ic nonstick and you dont need any Oil to push it around - and the taste becomes much more finely nuanced and when not coated with Oil. ( funky though the recipe in the shownotes used quite a lot of olive Oil) - i also prefer using the whole fennel. And it tastes great
Wonderful documentary "Longevity Secrets From The Blue Zone"...watched it the night before last. Perfect timing! Loved it!
Thanks!
Nice recipe!
Colin-green peppers
Are as easy to grow as
Red peppers. They are the same thing. The red ones are just ripe green peppers
I love Italian minestrone - but I admit that I use Les olive Oil and less salt and I love beans from different kinds but normally just use one sort at a time, and I love a lot of garlic and green leaves and raw red onions on top of everything. …. Besides low intesify Walking - at least 5 Miles a day = 10000 steps and walking up mountainbike and stairs 🍀💚🍀💚

Your thoughts on monk fruit AJ?
I am not a Fennel fan for the Ministrone soup, Is there another Herb I could use instead of that ?
What is the vegan parmesan cheese Dr Zhu said he liked?
Violife Parmesan Cheese
Thanks!!@@TheChefDoc
Does anyone know which vegan cheese he used? I don't think he mentioned the brand.
Violife
❤
Where can I find the recipe?
it's in the show notes!
There no doubt minestrone is pronounced minestroni. Please don't Americanise things.
Actually minestron(i) is Americanizing it. It’s pronounced minestron(e)
Yep, as an Italian, it's pronounced minestrone
