I'm a new owner its still being shipped will be here in a couple of days. Fine time to ask but how would you rate the things you can do with it. Are you at all interested in speaking to me about it. I'm willing to pay for a consult so i can talk about all the possible things I can do with it.
Faisal Pasha is the original image in high quality? What resolution are you printing at? I would make sure to first zoom in on the image on the design programme to check pixilation and you should verify quality and size of image. Lastly, printer resolution. Thats all i could think of. Maybe if you can explain your printing parameters, it would help spot the issue.
Biggest heap of shit printer, slow, good printing but only when its working, had one for 6months now and it's stopped again, had new mother board put in. Wouldn't choose Mimaki ever again

Hi brother, no i have not replaced the head. The dampers were replaced by my technician during the service i do once a year.
