Great video. @13:31, the single cell count matrix that you show is for one subject (e.g. one human subject). If you have 35 human subjects, does it mean we will have 35 such single cell count matrices?

Is there a way to get back to the original location of the cell in the tissue? I feel like this is also important otherwise we know there are cells with different transcriptomes but don't know which part of the tissue-animal come from. Would you need to combine this with spatial transcriptomics and if so how would you do that? Thanks, great video.

if 35 muman subjects are ran seperately then you will get individual 35 files. In case you choose to multiplex then things are different.
