Norman's death affected TM Spider Man throughout his entire trilogy; initially causing Peter to force himself to stay away from Mary Jane due to the danger she would constantly be in, to causing his own friend to betray and attempt to murder him as the second Green Goblin. I honestly think these two should have had a moment together; Peter in shock at seeing Osborn alive again and wanting to save him in an attempt to fix what had gone wrong with his life since that night, and Goblin reacting with glee at the chance to not only corrupt one Spider Man, but to kill his own true hated Spider Man.
Why was it cut? Literally no reason this shouldn’t have been added into the extended cut at least, we get like 5 minutes of extra stupid jokes but not this? Whoever decided to cut it needs to be fired.
well of course they had to cut it out, it actually had someone (totally not Tobey tho) in the spider-man costume fighting someone in the green goblin costume. Shitty soul less CGI is the way to go with Marvel
Ah man, seeing Spider-Man 2 having a small encounter with his Green Goblin before Spider-Man 1 goes out to fight him would've totally badass.
