No Bake Sakura Cheesecake + Rain Sound

- Rare cheese cake made with sakura bean paste and sakura in syrup.
▷Ingredients(15cm):
■Sakura jelly
120ml water
5g gelatin
30g cherry blossoms confiture
■Sakura cheesecake
200g cream cheese
35g sugar
100g cherry blossoms white beans paste
5g gelatin
30g water
200ml heavy cream
10g sugar
▷How to make:
1. make Sakura jelly. Measure out 30g of cherry blossoms in syrup.
2. Mix powdered gelatin in water and dissolve in a hot water bath.
3. Add the cherry blossoms in syrup and mix.
4. Pour the gelatin mixture into a 15 cm angel mold and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
5. Make a rare cheese cake. Mix cream cheese, sugar and sakura bean paste.
6. Dissolve gelatin powder in water by boiling water. Add the mixture to (5) and mix.
7. Beat cream with sugar and add to ⑥. Put the mixture into a squeeze bag.
8. Pour the rare cheese cake on top of the Sakura Jelly. Refrigerate for 5 hours.
9. Warm the bottom of the angel mold with hot water for 5 seconds, place a plate on top and turn it over to serve.
