Great little bikes. I have had mine for 2 and a bit years , and 3000 miles, would have been more, but Covid intervened. Had no problems at all. I did upgrade the tyres, but that is more a comment on my riding style than the tyres. Most of the adverse comments about these bikes are from people who have never ridden one. I remember when the same crap was spoken about the newly emergent Japanese bikes, and look what happened to them.
I’ve put 8k on mine and it’s been fantastic although I bought it second hand at 185 miles with a knackered kick start arm and various intermittent faults fortunately my dad is a solid mechanic/electrician and fixed everything, the paint I’ve found to be shockingly bad as most of my swing-arm is now oiled metal 😂
Im getting on average about 90mpg out of mine or about 260 miles to a tank..... Shame there isn't 4 star about any more as I found that whatever I used to put it in seemed to perform better compared to unleaded
