ZSB euro 5 2023 some improvements I have noticed. 3.no fuel tap. fuel pipes not exposed 4.side stand better.1. drain holes for rear light water trap under mudguard .love this bike.
I have had my ZSB For 41/2 yrs and have very little trouble with it. I have upgraded a few parts, mostly when I got it. 1.chain, the standard one is not good quality. replaced with a DID now needs adjusting every 1000 mls instead of 200. 2, replaced plug cap as I had trouble with metal covered ones on Hondas years ago. 3. Side stand, cut it in half. welded heavy studding into top half and nut to shortened bottom half and put loose nut in between, so it is now adjustable. I have never had any trouble with electrical parts, since I sealed everything when I got it, I have done this to every bike since I had a Ducati 900 on which water got into almost everything
@@someguy5948 A good blast of WD 40 on all electrics every week. There may be better waterproofing stuff but this works. Also has the benefit of cleaning some of the road crap off as well
Yes , ive rebuilt 2 bikes this year and very much enjoying riding my own one. I havent done a raod test, there is a lot on TH-cam so i dont see the point.
These bikes are cheap but are they fit for purpose? Most Lexmoto's have a short life due to the poor quality of the parts used. I think it's better to buy a premium brand, such as a Honda. I've got a 52 year old Honda PC50 which still runs perfectly and is in great condition.
I'd disagree with your comment about parts , but I'll let you make up your own mind, I've posted over 50 videos and currently have 4 bikes. Ive owned and rebuilt lots of Hondas as well including CB125s's and CG125's.
My left indicator has gone after filling with water, right one has partially gone! Have you had experience with changing them? Tried taking replacing but having absolutely no experience of fiddling with motorbikes other than the clutch cable replacement from your other video I'm a bit lost
very straight forward you will need to remove the headlamp from the shell. Place a rag on the mudguard to undo the the two bolts at the 5 and 7 oclock positions on the shell and remove the lamp. You should be able to trace the wires from the indicators. you can then undo the nut on the inside and remove the indicators.
Its strange how despite our 'government' having issues with china, people readily consume the junk that comes from there. I bought a Chinese electric piano, played brilliantly for 9 months then all the keys started failing. Took it apart and the rubber strip like one from a tv remote control has perished to the point where it no longer works. No spares available that fit properly and as a result the keyboard is now essentially useless. It was made to the literal lowest quality possible to ensure it works when you get it but not for long afterwards. These zsbs are exactly the same. Its sad because as you demonstrated a few higher quality parts here and there and they'd be much longer lasting. Im personally never going to buy a zsb after having seen so many videos highlighting issues that pop up. I watched a video of some guy changing the rear light and was stunned how it almost seems designed to make the water run down the wire into it. First thing id do is remove it, seal it all up and route the cable so it has drip loops and doesn't channel water. But with a new bike you think theyd have done this but nope. Its a trade war, and we play right into their hands. Cheers mate, excellent as ever! 👍😁😎
I think you misunderstanding the video. The bike is a cheap 125 its Lexmoto entry model geared 125, you are not going to get premium bike build quality. The video is brutally honest. I could do a similar themed video for any of my other bikes, ducatio, Guzzi, Yamaha and come up with a list of design issues. I could buy the best bike in the world and still find things i dont like, could have bene done batter and still want to improve it. At the end of the day the bike is simple and made on traditional lines so problems are easy to sort including the back light. Feel free to spend 2 or 3 as much on Honda its still not going to be perfect.

Bought a ZSB for green lanes. rack just the job for pulling it out of the mud when you get stuck !
Thanks for details and solutions. I assume you still like your bike? Have you done a road test review? Regards from shildon

@@kevkfz5226 sorry I omitted the vital word 'rear' which I'm sure completely changes your instructions!
