Welcome back to the Lexmoto ZSB 125!
In order to uphold the manufacturer's warranty with most vehicles, you need to adhere to each manufacturer's servicing schedule.
As my Lexmoto ZSB is still within that warranty, it was time to get it serviced!
Going to a Main Dealer of any brand can be intimidating for anyone that hasn't had the experience (I.E me!) So I wanted to document the shocking experience I received from one branch, compared to the amazing customer service I received from another.
So buckle up as we take my little 125 to TWO different dealers to get it serviced!

Mate, a cracking video. I watched your first ever ZSB video with great interest - and since then, I've bought my own (and have a similar situation myself). Cutting a short story even shorter, my dealership are mint when it comes to the sales aspect, but the customer service in the servicing department were poor - so I won't be returning there again (and this is the second 125cc I've bought from them).
Love the clips of your doing your rideby's, I didn't realise how good the little engine sounds mate. Congrats on passing your test dude.

It's amazing how one company can be so good at the sales aspect but then not so good at the servicing side.
You'd think they'd have a strict standard to follow.
You're so right! I had my missus record some ride by shots, when you're on the bike they don't sound that great. But from the ride by shots, I was quite impressed 😂

Incredible timing that we exchange messages actually. Last night, early hours, some knobs tried to steal my ZSB from outside my flat. The alarm I have on it went off, scared them, and one of the 4 knobs pushed the thing over - now it's scratched up.
Can't have anything nice these days dude! Hopefully get her back to health soon.
