Tori Spelling has formally filed for divorce from Dean McDermott, her estranged spouse. Though the two separated about a year ago, the Beverly Hills, 90210 actress, 50, filed the paperwork only days after she was pictured sobbing during what seemed to be an angry meeting with Dean, 57. According to court records acquired by Page Six, Tori submitted the application on Friday, March 29. She placed her and Dean's breakup date as June 17, 2023. Tori used the frequently used word "irreconcilable differences" to describe the cause for their breakup. Tori also demanded shared legal custody of her and Dean's five children - Liam, Stella, Hattie, Finn, and Beau - and exclusive physical custody with visitation for the Canadian actor, according to the publication. Tori also asked Dean to pay her legal bills and did not reference a prenuptial agreement in the court paperwork. Tori filed for divorce three days after being spotted in tears in her car when she and Dean visited a Los Angeles Public Storage facility, according to Daily Mail photographs. According to the publication, the ex-partners were rummaging through their personal stuff at the storage facility and seemed to be having a heated dispute. Tori began crying once Dean departed. The meeting occurred weeks after Tori and Dean appeared to have built a strong co-parenting relationship.
