Ran into an issue of not being able to obtain an IP address on PS4 when trying to transfer games over lan cable . If you run into a similar problem and have tried almost everything, I have a solution. In adapter settings, turn off sharing from your wifi adapter, select both the Ethernet and wifi adapter, then right click and select “bridge connection”. This worked for me after trying everything else, hopefully it can help someone in a similar predicament.
So wish there were native linux versions of some of the software out there. Have got Payload PKG sender working via wine on Linux, along with PKG viewer. Would be great to have PS2 fake package creator and also your multi pkg installer native to linux/mac too. Great vid as always sir :D

I was able to install 35gb game after setting the DNS servers as shown in this video. Before it would take like 2 hours and fail at 60-70%, after setting DNS, it takes 10minutes and installls successfully

max transfer through LAN x LAN 1Gbps and HDD is 40-50MB+/s and it's still are fastest way to install pkg game it's may not working with licensed themes so you need to manual install themes licensed file :D
It should be noted that if you have an external HDD setup as your default location to install games, then you won't be able to install games remotely. I tried with Remote Pkg Installer, and it downloads the games to the system, but refuses to install them. If you click on the game/update/dlc in the notifications section and select to Start Install, it fails and asks if you want to search online for it.
So I have weird bug, when I want to install PKG from data folder I got error (can’t download “pkg name”) but coping the same PKG to USB and it would install normally using debug settings or even PS4xplorer! I even tried copy the pkg from PC to > data folder to > external ssd (so basically exact same pkg) and it works. I got only problem if the pkg is in data folder. Any idea why this weird thing happens?

might be old comment, but no if you're talking about FTP. It's literally just a local server started by one of your local machines within the same LAN network. So when you send pkgs to other machines within the same network it does not use any bandwidths. This is literally like passing data via bluetooth but done in a faster way.

In ps3 I just used to copy those folders into "root>hdd0>GAMES" and it used to be automatically displayed in multiman. How can I do that in ps4? I can successfully jailbreak through your method but i do have a question. I use the jailbreak and install the homebrew store and other apps. I use those apps but after like 30 minutes my PS4 crashes. What can i do to fix that?
This Jailbreak 9.00 is not unlocking all ps4 games some have lock even after running exploit. As i Had a fake id with games and the id games are still lock even after running exploit.

Okay so I’m completely new to the jailbroken PS4 world. Long story short, I downloaded a 7Z file of 50Cent:bulletproof and decompressed it and got the .iso file. I then used WinSCP to transfer from the computer to the PS4. Then I opened IPI (internal package installer) and the game downloaded and installed. But now I’m receiving the error code CE-34878-0 every time upon launching the app. PLEASE HELP!

What a bummer. I managed to install the Jailbreak but i can´t install any games. IPI is only showing a bluescreen. Remote package says "connected" but isn´t transfering anything.Instal with a USB stick results in a error message.

For me it doesnt even work with 26gb pkg files. It just doesnt ever send to the ps4 no matter how long i wait.

PAYLOAD BIN WITH THE SENDER FILE IS THE EASIEST TO USE FOR NOOBS - JUST MAKE SURE YOU TELL WINDOWS TO ACCEPT / DOWNLOAD AND RUN THE FILE.

This saved me, i dont have a good computer nor a USB that has a lot of space, so this has helped me soooo much!!!

Make sure the ps4 is is entered and ftp on whatever program your using is on had to be ftp. And the right port is entered mine is 2121

Use Ps4 itself, Double Click SHARE button it will start to record but you will need to have a mike for recording your voice.

Just remember the Spore Incident with EA, and when Sony itself almost didn't acknowledge the CBOMB incident for almost a year. Hell in October the UK PS3 PSN Store silently made it impossible to make a direct payment option with your credit card and PayPal to make digital purchases with the only acception to use Gift Card wallet funds to make any kind of purchase

I can successfully jailbreak through your method but i do have a question. I use the jailbreak and install the homebrew store and other apps. I use those apps but after like 30 minutes my PS4 crashes. What can i do to fix that?

This Jailbreak 9.00 is not unlocking all ps4 games some have lock even after running exploit. As i Had a fake id with games and the id games are still lock even after running exploit.
What’s the difference between the BinLoader from the exploit sites and the one from the GoldHEN settings?
The one in the exploit host can work without GoldHEN and it uses a different port. 9020 instead of 9090.

I'm not sure what's wrong. i can ping my ps4 trough cmd but everytime i send the PKG tru package sender , it idles then changes to sent immediately, but the game/pkg is nowhere in the ps4 :(
Question I switched to Filezilla because it's easier to be on the same program to follow the video. It's all connected to the ps4 everything on my pc screen is the same as in video my issue when I try to install on the ps4 it says cannot install gen0.pkg I'm downloading the game generation zero. If you leave your ps in rest mode, you won’t have to jailbreak again. If you power off the console, you will have to jailbreak every time.
Okay so I’m completely new to the jailbroken PS4 world. Long story short, I downloaded a 7Z file of 50Cent:bulletproof and decompressed it and got the .iso file.
I then used WinSCP to transfer from the computer to the PS4. Then I opened IPI (internal package installer) and the game downloaded and installed.
But now I’m receiving the error code CE-34878-0 every time upon launching the app.
PLEASE HELP!

How long did a big game take?
Does it mean that if I have a 80GB .pkg game my pc will send 80GB of data to my ps4? Am I correct? Because this would take hours with my 10mbit upload
Edit: I'm now sending 44GB from PC to ps4, this would take approximately ten and half of an hour to upload with my internet but after only 45 minutes I'm already at about 70% of the transfer so I don't understand how does It work but I'm happy about it

What a bummer. I managed to install the Jailbreak but i can´t install any games. IPI is only showing a bluescreen. Remote package says "connected" but isn´t transfering anything.Instal with a USB stick results in a error message.

I'm having an issue trying to find where to download the pkg's. Everywhere I go I just get pop ups, ads and pretty much everything except a pkg.

Ok i have a rare problem as both of my usb ports on Ps4 are not working due to internal hardware problem and i have installed jailbreak but there is no software inside the ps4 with which i can actually remotely install games or apps..is there any way to get remote pkg installer or xplorer installed directly on ps4 without usb? As usb ports a gone i have nothing installed in my ps4 to transfer games
