I used 8lbs for most of the workout except at the beginning == I still can't do lateral and front raises with good form with anything heavier than 5lbs yet. Working on it though! This was fast and sweaty-- thanks J!

This was excited workout. Done using set dumbbells 2- 4- 6. Done yesterday as i finish i took shower and i was sleep quickly, i've so much tired. my glutes was on fire
