I love these workouts filmed at the gym, the energy is through the roof. Also, I did this with the same weights she was using and my arms are jelly right now, it was a real killer strength session.

I have an Apple Watch but I’m unable to enter weights etc into it so I know the calories burned aren’t factoring those in, but I would really love to know how to calculate with weights factored I’m 5’4 115lbs Wha

However, in the advertisement of the same workout (picture on youtube), it mentions burned calories 690. I was wondering which one is accurate? Or it depends on weights used? Thanks again
I don't know how many calories I burned, but I can tell I sweat a lot and I love it! Tomorrow will be another Juliette spectacular workout! For two months now, I do every day one of your classes. I appreciate and love every each of them. Thanks!
