Amazing to see older man and women pushing themselves to remain fit. And incorporating weight lighting is good for bone health and general muscle retention. Once you hit 30, you start to lose muscle, i am grateful i discovered this in my early 20s. These men are great role models, we are raising a healthy generation.
Alright i just finished this workout, those are not old men, those are older young men lol. Whew that was intense. To point out a few things, you need to know your audience and what they can do. Be save guys, big things start small. The trainer is extremely fit and can do this workout with weight and still talk, that is for you to know how fit she is. Some exercise is lifted heavier and went slow, it is better to do this in a correct form than hurt your back in the process. If you are new to exercise, please leave the weight and get used to working out in the correct form first before adding the weight. Awesome workout.

Mind you, I’m sure most of them are either fat, have no gym experience or pretend to be experts. Keep that negative energy on that side of the screen folks. She did amazing and she tailored it to her audience. That’s what a REAL instructor does. Go eat a salad, haters! ❤😅

Personally I use 20 lb dumbbells for high intensity/tabata and 25 lb dumbbells for strength training. Soon I will be increasing the weight to 30 lbs for strength training and 25 lbs for high intensity/tabata since I am more fit. Been using 35 lb kettlebells too lately. I use one kettlebell in a faster motion, and two kettlebells for easier and isolation exercises. I always keep my legs up for exercises on the ground to increase resistance and the challenge too, and I feel amazing 🤩 this looks like an amazing workout which I will do tomorrow morning

Burned 655 active calories on my apple watch but thats ok. I always like to push myself and I feel amazing. Gonna do more of your workouts in the future. Thank you so much for this 😊 P.S. I used 20 lb dumbbells and I am a 34 year old male who is around 180 lbs, 5’ 8”, and 17% body fat 😊
Gracious this was tough. By the time we got to the burpees I was running out of steam but kept going! Tabatas kill me. I used 5lb weights but with also 1lb wrist weights on because I didn't think I could keep good form with all those lateral raises with 8lbs. Whew...thanks J!
