Hey love the videos! I had in-depth question about the Bobby Fischer Set Vs The German Knight Chess Set Golden Rosewood & Boxwood Pieces from The Chess store. Is there a big weight and size Difference. Also which would you prefer if you had to choose
The Bobby Fischer Set is slightly heavier and bigger. I don't like the design of the knight in the Bobby Fischer set, I would pick the german knight set even though it is more expensive. I prefer the german knight design and french lardy knight design.
@@JulioVelezz same! I love the look of the German set so much! I debated which to get, it would be my first chess set I invested since being a kid. I would be using it for travel use to, like going to play with friends etc. would you still pick the German one?
@@Addymesticc For that use case I would pick the Bobby Fischer set because there is the risk that friends or other chess players from chess clubs might drop or ding the chess pieces when playing.
Great comparison man. I actually like all the sets you see displayed. Agree with esthetics ranking of the knights. It's nice thing that dgt provides you with a board in a package, but also seems like your wooden board which is little bigger is the best size for the pieces. It feels like there is more room. Overall nice sets man!
Thanks for this triple combo unboxing! Thinking of getting the Ultimate Chess Set v3 . Cheers.
