For transportation within the city Tata Ace EV will do the job. With same like 200kms of range and above. With charging speeds like 0-100% within 1-2hrs. Most of the pollution making vehicles are these commercial vehicles only and to convince them to upgrade such things are important.

In my opinion global warming is an issue, which needs cooperation of all world countries and companies. As a customer I am looking, how much the product I will buy will affect global warming. I am already prefering products from countries, which have a higher renewable share and from countries, which have more electrical vehicles share like Norway. In near future countries and companies with insufficient effort for CO2 decrease may be penalized by the customer.

Waiting for something like this to come to the USA. Our stupid import laws and safety standards prohibit it. All our trucks in this range cost 10X more and "have" to have 10X the power and get very poor gas mileage and are designed to carry rich people around without ever carrying cargo at speeds 2X our speed limit. (75 mph on highways=120 kph) Seriously who is going to drive a truck 150 mph or 240 kph?
