The house looks nice from the outside but soon as you get inside the rooms are boxed in , staircases are badly positioned with ceilings so low . I was expecting open floors with big windows and big spaces . Kitchen is very dark

This simple house cannot be 550 million!!! It's not worth it at all. It not a mission, it is just a simple decent house.
U can just build from the ground floor, that way it will be to ur taste, than buying.
I rather use the 550M to get something better tho
