What is the list price? Do Nigerian developers not realize it takes just about 4 months to grow real natural grass and a few more to plant some trees? A house this size should have trees and natural grass not flower pots. Plant breathe out oxygen and take in co2 while humans breathe in oxygen and breathe out co2. My home is like this but has almost 15 trees and actual lawn. It’s not so hard. You have to discount the lack of trees from the price. I wanted to cut a massive tree in my yard and was told how much premium buyers would pay for that decades old tree and didn’t cut it down.

My guess is that there is not an actual department that handles how they can stretch the money on their projects with an emphasis on return. It's almost like no one understands the value of money. Lagos developers please partner with other businesses to sell landscaping packages or power supply packages. That way you sell homes at more sensible prices, don't do unnecessary work, and also do your part to keep the air cleaner and hopefully with time the heat will not be as brutal with more trees.
I love it for the space. But am surprised it doesn’t ha pool. There’s a lot they could have put in this space that didn’t make it into the finished works

It is not compulsory to plant trees inside the compound though I understand what you mean, but calling it a concrete jungle house simply mean you have travel to some big cities in different part of the world you will you hardly see enough space even for garden yet the prices are well over £30 millions/$45 millions
