Yes, the placement of the bathtub in the masteroom is a technically faculty idea.

Am sorry to say but this presenter doesn’t seem to know anything about presenting a house for sale. I was waiting to see an underground carpark but realised she was referring to the exterior 1x car space, underground car park literally means “underground”. Presentation is very poor and boring, doesn’t feel engaging at all. No mention of the brand of appliances used for the house or type of interior woods or tiles used which indicates she has Zero knowledge of the basics. These things helps buyers to know that things are built with quality products that will be durable in the long run. Lagos houses are always overpriced anyway but trying to sell something with this ridiculous price ripoff needs a little more effort.
