I love that the bun on the left is sinking down after he steps away.
My wife and I had poutine on our honeymoon and it's turned into an anniversary tradition to make it from scratch. I'm going to have to try this out for the next one.

I'm from North East Pennsylvania which is also historically a heavy dairy producer in the US. I've eaten many cheese curds and even made my own a couple times. Gravy on french fries has always been a staple around here. I've never however put the 2 together yet. Sounds like a plan this weekend.

I like the thought that went into this, the spiralised fries excellent idea. I might have put the gravy on the burger and fries on the very top to keep the crunch. Nice work

Yes, yes I can. Pecan pellets in the YS640. Pie baked into a 9-inch cast iron skillet. Top with the pecan halves. For some extra pecan flavor, substitute 1 cup of pecan meal for 1 cup of flour in the pie crust. My Puerto Rican doctor approves of this pie. Hmm...I have to see him the end of this month, maybe time to fix him another one.

I love a really good Poutine. Here in the states, Thanksgiving was our traditional food holiday, and it its unbelievable how everyone screws it up. canned cranberries, overcooked dried out, Turkeys, that good awful green been casserole, and the marshmallow, sugar and cinnamon yams/sweet potato's crap. yuk... now i got to go make poutine to get that thoughts of thanksgiving gone wrong out of my head.
