As a certified drone pilot, one thing you need to do have a flat surface for your drone to fly off and and land from, assuring it goes and comes back safe with no mess getting into your motors. all the best with your new drone.

My choice is Mini 3 pro is a better option because Air 3 can only shoot max at 2.7K resolution but mini 3 pro 4k 60fps in vertical mood. Mini 3 Pro doesn't require registration in most countries and regions.
Dji drones are banned in India and banned to import. Costoms will seize the drone at airport and will keep it with them. If they found out. Even if you smuggle the drone illegally Indian aviation dgsky DOSENT register dji drone. You won't get UIN without that leghaly you cannot fly Drone in india

Depends where u live, most of the countries need a license/certificate i believe if the drone is above 250grams@@bladel9
