I get burned out by meetings because it’s 25 minutes of formality, birthdays and preambles, followed by 25 minutes of “I had problems now I’m amazing!” advertisements, then 5 minutes of serenity prayer and “keep coming back-isms”. Yes that’s exactly right. But don’t quit and you will find a mtg or some people that really help you
