Oh absolutely I’m not sure when but a couple of years ago I noticed the trend of lies and was repulsed by internets progress but it’s something we can’t avoid..
As a long time avocado seed tea drinker, here's a fun fact. The seed of the fruit has about 70% of all the nutrients in the fruit. These seeds are so full of nutrients that once a plant starts to grow, it will need around 1 and a half YEAR to have it's seed actually wither and fall off. It takes more than a year for the seed to give out all of its nutrients. I planted 2 avocados so far, so I'm talking from experience. In short, I can only advise everyone to cut up with a VERY sharp knife the seed and boil it down. The resulting tea will be a beautiful, dark red vine colour with a distinct, strong flavour. That stuff is the best for sicknesses. It's a strong and great tea. 😊👍

There was just something in it what my body was SERIOUSLY lacking. Nowadays I only drink it when I'm sick because it fills me up instantly with its components. I store the seed in the freezer and once it's thawed, the structure of the seed is actually weekened so it's a bit easier to cut. Also, it is the ginger and star anise what makes the tea heavenly. Like, the ginger compliments it's unique aroma so well, I can't describe it. It fits together like gemstones into a crown. Star anise is also wonderful with it. My ultimate tea combination follows as this: 1 or 2 finely chopped seed, boiled with some star anise, green Cardamom, and if you really want to make it extra then put in some juniper berries too. Although, check it first what are the effects of cardamom and juniper berries because they can have some negative effects on the body if consumed in big amounts. But I swear, occasionally in the tea for sickness will do them justice. Oh, and NEVER mix avocado tea with camomile. 😖🤢 Trust me, I did it once and never again. Good luck with your teas. 😁👍
