Wow that was great. I loved this tidbit I can watch you make paper all day long I get ideas of things to do as I watch. Thanks for the tidbit if I get my closet clean and not to tired I ll print today.
Beautiful paper, Yumm. I will have to try this technique. Love to make some for a raven, I think the darker one looks like the thing for that with blues
❤ I love the blue added. I tried abstract mushroom paper. I used cobalt blue, brown, ochra, white, mushed around but left colors visible. I really like so not going use for mushrooms. Lol your paper looks tough like fabric after the layers. They look great. I never would have thought to do stencils like that. Love it. Take care.
Congratulations on the commission! I can't wait to see the final. Question: When working on something so large, do you still tear down to small pieces of collage paper? Or do you use larger pieces that might emulate larger brush strokes?
Hi Kathryn, and thank you! NO I never tear any larger pieces because larger pieces want to wrinkle. I never go larger than a half dollar and always use rice paper.
@@ElizabethStHilaire Well unfortunately that didn't stop me in the end. lol. Watching too many of your videos :) Ordered the gelli plate of yours, and about 8 stencils of yours and a rice paper pad. Had to make the postage worth my while lol. Will add to my collection of your Klimt stencils which I love :)
The layers of colors worked so well. Brown, copper, magenta--would make a great print for a skirt.

@ indeed!
Love all the products you showcase from Joggles but way too expensive to ship to Australia. Such a shame
You're right, it is a shame. The USPS international rates are very high. Thank you for watching and for your compliments. :)
