Good video dude. Looked at a Rubicon, grizzly, king quad, and a Kawasaki. For the money, bought an Outlander 700. Pwr steering, independent on all 4's, 5.5 fuel tank, and a 3 gallon storage bin. More storage in front of seat with access for phone charging. Runs and rides great. 10,200 out the door. Just couldn't see extra 2-3k for the others. Just say'n 😊
The updated reverse switch was introduced on the 2020 model. Also using the reverse switch, you can go directly from both everse to 1st and also 1st to reverse directly, without have to go through neutral either way.
@@JodieMixHondas lack power and torque. They are always the slowest machines regardless of what size motor they have compared to competitors. Slow to accelerate . Their DCT is clunky because it is actually metal gears clanking in the transmission shifting. Not clutch plates like an automatic transmission or a CVT like Yamaha. Just the nature of the beast. They're known for having many electric shift issues. The buttons don't work or the buttons work and it doesn't shift but the dash will tell you it did. They're horrible on gas mileage. Go through a tank of gas in an afternoon of riding. Where as other competitors you can go the whole weekend on a tank. A 500cc motor has the power output of competitors 300cc class motors which is why they last so damn long the motors are very under stressed. You want reliability to get a Honda reliabile work horse that also have fun get a Yamaha Kodiak 450 if you want a reliable workhorse that can have a lot more fun get a Kodiak 700. You want a fun machine that can do some work when you ask it to get a grizzly 700. If you're dead set on getting a Honda and get one with a foot shift.
thank you for taking the time to make this

I think that CanAm did a very smart thing with the new Outlander 500/700’s!
I am looking at the outlander 700 as well. I have a 2015 rubicon deluxe foot shift and power steering. I only have 600 miles on my rubicon.

Actually it will go from reverse to drive (or first) with one push by using the little red lever again.
Beautiful looking bike. Love to own one but got have the money first. Wish I could get sponsored by Honda to try one. That would be nice.
Very nice but big price tag with it. Not many people do, I’m not sponsored by Honda but maybe down the road.
Topographical map stickers do look good
@@JodieMix yeah, maybe you can put them on your power wheels if you save up all summer🤣🤣🤣🤣
@@erikweisz299 if they were a little bigger we could put them on your mom 👍
ssshucks!
Just do yourself a favor and go with the foot shift.
