The parkade massacre and everything before should have been enough... but it wasn't until 8:30 when I realized what a truly terrifying psychopath Bulgarin was.
Would have loved to see how him and Trevor Phillips would've gotten along.

@@freerhombus0505 and somehow the actual main protagonist manages to ride a motorcycle off of a ramp and aim correctly for the skids of a helicopter without missing them or accidentally getting shredded by the propellers regardless of how fast you ride the motorcycle and when you jump off the ramp

@@SYDAirlineEnthusiast he is likely to be half spaniard and while other parent is black based on his looks, and BTW not all spanish surname holders have spanish ancestry, there are some native americans in latin america that have spanish surname that doesn't have spanish ancestry, in the philippines you can find tons of people who have spanish surname despite not having spanish ancestry, philippines was also one of the spanish colonies within spanish empire, spanish surname holders in the philippines represents for about 88 million people there atleast or it could had been much higher
