When he's introduced its quickly shown that he isn't at all what Niko was expecting and that he was able that move on from the death of his friends 10 years prior. It makes Niko question the purpose of his revenge.
I think the whole game universe was written before making the game and dlcs .. as they made each protagonist kill some villain away from the other characters route as bulgarin killed for niko by luis and niko killed ray for Johnny , it's kinda made the game look twisted and fun to discover those things in a dlc

From 16:17 to the end, that's not an official in-game cutscenes. He did edited all of that and mixed with phone calls you'll get when you finished the main mission. Coming from you, it's even proof up how good he had done to have you believe that it was official in-game cutscenes. lol
This is really why I love gta iv tbogt the action and story made it feel awesome plus the atmosphere for the club life in liberty city. I also liked the characters like Yusuf and the moments like hijacking the tank and Yusuf coming to help out. TLAD wasn't too good besides the weapons and music but I hope GTA 6 will at least have more moments like tbogt

when i played gta 4 i wondered why bulgarian never attacked me at the revenge ending... this felt oh so satisfying to fill in his part of the story killing him felt even better. it also feels great for the dlc to fill in holes in the main story!
Unlike Niko's and Johnny's storyline, this had a happier ending. The GTA 4 ending was a tragedy because half of them who Niko befriends, ended up cheating him.
And with TLAD Johnny's club disbands because Billy betraying him and Brian thinking Johnny betrayed Billy and splitting the club to either Brian supporters or Johnny supporters
Love how this is one of the few times Rockstar changes the radio for irony of the story -When Bulgarin dies, a song plays with a girl saying "Drop the bomb" -When Trevor kidnaps Devin Weston, the song thats always in the radio is "I wouldnt want to be like you"
I loved how the 2 dlc’s stories intersect with each other at certain points. I have to give it to tbogt as my favorite of the 2 though, it was a good game and Louis was a great character. I just can’t wait to see what GTA6 has in store for us, been waiting patiently and hope it gets to us soon!

From 16:17 to the end, that's not an official in-game cutscenes. He did edited all of that and mixed with phone calls you'll get when you finished the main mission.

This is really why I love gta iv tbogt the action and story made it feel awesome plus the atmosphere for the club life in liberty city. I also liked the characters like Yusuf and the moments like hijacking the tank and Yusuf coming to help out. TLAD wasn't too good besides the weapons and music but I hope GTA 6 will at least have more moments like tbogt

Niko, Johnny and Luis have a heart at times in this story, the best characters to come across in GTA
Unlike Niko's and Johnny's storyline, this had a happier ending. The GTA 4 ending was a tragedy because half of them who Niko befriends, ended up cheating him.

I loved how the 2 dlc’s stories intersect with each other at certain points. I have to give it to tbogt as my favorite of the 2 though, it was a good game and Louis was a great character. I just can’t wait to see what GTA6 has in store for us, been waiting patiently and hope it gets to us soon!
