Kramer 1 : kuning pada wajah, bilirubin 4-6 mg/dL
Kramer 2 : kuning pada dada dan perut, bilirubin 6-8 mg/dL
Kramer 3 : kuning pada perut dan paha sampai lutut, bilirubin 8-12 mg/dL
Kramer 4 : kuning pada ekstremitas atas dan bawah, bilirubin 12-14 mg/dL
Kramer 5 : kuning pada telapak tangan dan kaki, bilirubin >=15 mg/dL

1)Mam what is difference between kramers and modified kramers criteria
Which one do we use now?
2)why jaundice progress cephalocaudally is there any reason for such progression?

1. We can use any method, both are almost similar
2. Cephalopedal progression related to thickness of skin. As skin is thinnest on face & thickest on palm-soles
