Two-handed technique Or bimanual or balloting palpation -- This method is used to palpate kidney Ex- for the right kidney, place the left hand underneath the patient's back, pushing the kidney forward and the right hand below the right lower rib margin between the midclavicular and anterior axillary lines, gently pushing down. This technique is called ‘balloting.’
Basically fluid in dependant part & anterior part, intestinal loops+ present So dullness will be present in flank only So it does not matter if you are also Palpating other parts of abdomen Both are right
This is found in moderate ascites. Similar to shifting dullness, start abdominal percussion from the umbilicus outwards. In this, area of dullness appears horse shoe shaped with a concave upper border.

Dear, Spontaneous closure of umbilical hernia occur by the age of 2 years in 90% children. so no active intervention is required for first 2 years of life. Except in emergency situations like incarcerated umblical hernia- usually present with abdominal pain, nausea, and vomiting so urgent surgery will be required

Yes dear, I will upload on this topic. There are various causes of abd. distension with diarrhea eg. GIT infection as parasites infestation, bacterial. Various malabsorption as lactose intolerance, celiac disease etc. can lead to diarrhea with distension. In malnutrition, hypokalemia is common which can cause distension. So long list-----
