Dude that would be an awesome series you know here's how much fast you are with this here's much how fast you are with this and just build the bike up as you go I think that would be really cool to see everything you know from just bolting on an exhaust to the full nine yards as close to factory as you can get as a everyday Joe like me
Yes I want to see stock, stock w/suspension and stock w/motor. I liked this comparison but the stock vs stock w/suspension has always been the real battle because I am 40 and since I was 10 years I was given the mindset that suspension is the most important mod you will do for your bike.
I want to see a series where you take a pro rider and then make changes to the bike but don’t tell them and see if they can actually tell what you did. Like clicker changes, sag, sprockets, mapping, louder pipe but with less power…
A sick shootout would be spending $3000 on all the bikes to set up to each rider and then compare. So many people buy bikes based on stock shootout opinions. Almost everyone sets up whatever bike they buy to their own comfort. Why not test them in the same way✌️. I'd love to see how the bikes stack up against each other being set up with the same amount of time and money making to make the bikes work best for each individual.
the real question is why doesn't Yamaha sell this as a model in itself.....it wouldn't be that much more expensive. it would be a lot cheaper than buying the parts as an aftermarket purchase.....
Where can a guy get the gytr kit? Every Yamaha dealer says they can't get them.same with the GET ECU's.I just built a 22 250f Yamaha for a friend and had to go with DCR cams and stick with the stock ECU until something else becomes available.Same with the Vortex Ignition, couldn't find one.
ML - Thank you for doing more work for Vital this time around. Less ping is better for everyone in the world. Hopefully the FBI can locate him and match up whatever costume he wore on Jan 6th.
i have a 2020 yz250f with only the GYTR head. my mecanic is talking about replacing the valve springs (got about 90hrs now) what's with that? does this need new valve springs or not? about to do a top end...
Why do they come off the production line with weak HP FIGURES I hope they address this for the new 24model needs to be 48 horsepower or above not below 43
Ignore Yamaha's over priced top shelf bike. Hondas works edition comes factory with ported head, yoshi full exhaust and ignition tuned for both. Better suspension also...
I'm a vet beginner/inter rider, only ride 8-10 times a year, but I am 210lbs am I going to be too heavy for this bike? I have had a 450 and whilst I could ride it okay, it was a bit much for me. Currently have a 300i for woods/trail riding, which is fine, I take it to the track every now and then, but being an enduro bike its not well suited suspension wise and I don't wish to change the suspension to suit track. So was hoping to get an MX bike too, was thinking the 350s, but this might be an option?
If you plan to keep your 300 for trail riding and use the 250f for tracks. Go for it! I’m 240 pounds and have a ton of fun riding my buddies yz250f around tracks. I have to ride it better than my 450 to flow the track well. Makes you a better rider and doesn’t wear you out like the 450 does
6'1" 210lb vet beginner here also. Struggled for 2yrs with a ktm 300 (trail & track) before getting a new 250fx, wow what a difference it made. Withou being intimidated by too much hp confidence built quickly. Still didn't make me great but I'm way better in just 4mos. Hell I have more fun on my buddies 125x than the 300. The bike isn't the limiting factor on either, my beginner skillset just blended better with both bikes power levels.
Surely some of these guys spend all this money and then think "why not get a 450?" Cause they have probably spent double the price of a 450 on the upgrades
He pretty much said it's only worth the money if you blow yours up because Yamaha overprices the parts for a stock rebuild... I'd love to see some dyno charts, and yamaha should've offered it like the yz250x compared to the yz250...

Definitely agree
This is awesome I’m stoked Yamaha is offering this!
Would love to see the comparison yz gytr 250 vs ktm 350.
Great job guys, love the info ! Yes would love to see the three bike shootout.

You guys did a good advertisement for GYTR.
Sweet review/comparison. Like all the info thanks but yes more like this
Yes to suspension!

Sick bikes! I’d love to see these 2 bikes with ENZO suspension and see how much better it is.
You mentioned you put the bikes on the Dyno. Can you please publish the Dyno charts? What is the max power difference @ which rpms ?
Yes please do the stock vs motor vs suspension tests!
Would love to see another comparison! Great video
Great review

PLEASE DO THE STOCK/MOTOR/SUSPENSION SHOOTOUT!That would be extremely helpful and informational
Can you please tell how much was the max HP of the GYTR vs the Stock?
Imagine you can test ride along with the Star 250f even its the older gen it will be a good test comparison
Love the Suzuki &Yamaha dirtbikes! KTM as well. My top 3. #Maxima
Best bang for the buck is to get the standard head ported..
Port the head, +1 valves, cam and exhaust. They turn into a top end beast.
Yes! Add an Enzo/gytr bike to this !!!
Add a yz250f with kit suspension from Enzo with these two bikes. For a 3 bike shootout.
Great video I wanna see the suspension one
Stock vs Stock with Motor vs MoD with Suspension vs clubMX or Star 250f 😍
Might be a dumb question but is this compatible with any big bore kits ?
the real question is why doesn't Yamaha sell this as a model in itself.....it wouldn't be that much more expensive. it would be a lot cheaper than buying the parts as an aftermarket purchase.....
Great idea. Kinda like a factory addition
Kinda like the YZ250 compared to the YZ250X....
They need a GYTR setup like this for a raptor 700. I would definitely buy it
all this, and no dyno time to show us?

I don’t understand?
What is the difference? Is it ported and polished, like why is the stock just made to that gytr spec?

Yeah I wanna see the stock bike with suspension
Availabilty is the hurdle to buying this kit

is there a difference between the monster energy and the stock bike? i thought the monster energy edition just had different graphics and plastics
@@devonott664 ok, thanks!

@@BobSmith-cb5xr not gonna lie he caught you lackin but that was a really good comeback 😂😂
110/90-19 on the stock rear rim or 2.15 upgrade?
interested to know now much HP will you get with full kit!

You’ll be fine. Newer yz250f has plenty of power, like a mini 450

You can’t go anywhere and find the gytr exhaust.
Funny that most feel gytr just came out

I believe yamaha offers a gytr bike overseas. I really wish they would offer this bike off the floor in the states.
Like the yz250 compared to the yz250x
stock bike vs stock bike w/ suspension.

They do offer it like the yz250x and yz250. There's obviously a yz250fx.
Omg I just watched your 24 review … lol I actually got the 22 250f 🦾 I’m thinking about it
