For example, as a federal government consultant, you're going to want to follow industry news like signing up for the Government Executive and Federal News Network newsletters and that's just the beginning! This is inspiring me to maybe write a LinkedIn post with tips for new hires in my field, this video got the gears in my brain turning :)
The work is still stressful because you’re still reporting to senior management at the company. Overall wlb is definitely better than consulting though.
How do you have so much confidence? You have way more confidence than some people who have been in big tech for 10+ years. Maybe you can make a video about being so confident.
