Thanks Doc, your short and informative videos have helped me to cut down my sugar intake and bad carbs! After one month, with a dose of acv each day, I have lost 15 lbs and my blood sugar 14 day average is 5.7. Got a long way to go yet, but it took me a long time to get where I am! One day at a time!

Try that tomato sauce on some Hearts of Palm “pasta! Thomas DeLauer has video on why this is good on Keto. TJs sells a good one! I’ve been making homemade pesto lately so that incorporates basil with olive oil and pine nuts (which are also crazy good for you). Also watch videos about how good parsley is for you and you’ll find ways to get more of this in your diet. I now grow fresh basil and fresh parsley in my backyard!

Dr. Berg I wasn’t sure how else to ask this question. I am seeing a huge trend on how to cut the calories of white rice in half by cooking it and refrigerating it for at least 12 hours. I thought of all people who could verify this would be you!!! Any thoughts? Is it true? Refrigerating rice turns the rice into indigestible starch. I hope you can do a segment on this interesting subject. If you already have can you link it? Thanks! Love you!

Grapefruit, pumelo, and sour oranges all contain bergapten and other furanocoumarins that interfere with your liver's enzymatic processing of many (but not all) medicines. If you are taking something, ask your doctor. Will I get the same amount of lycopene if I juice my grapefruits as opposed to just eating them? Can’t seem to find an answer to this.

I used to make/eat red sauce weekly, with lots of garlic, onion, & oregano, now I've largely cut it out due to very high carbs, and have lost 85+ lbs and many inches. I'd love to bring it back, but I don't want to regress. What's the answer?

I wish I had good skin like yours Dr around the eyes showing dark around the area and ankles also thigh. I've had my eyes problems for number of years and my ankles a few years, where I get spots and they trun into some type of eczema or dermatitis where it weeps and scabs. What can I do to eat more healthy to sort this problem out for better skin?

@Dr Berg - Do you recommended Multi-vitamin that has most of the vitamins that you feel are crucial for Men and Women? At present in addition to the many benefits in veggies, have to take many additional vitamins. It's getting confusing. Thanks!

Hello Dr Berg, previous video you asked for feedback about our body issues. I cannot find that vid.
However, the topic that has not been covered is depression and anxiety and most especially SSRI withdrawal.
I have hypothyroidism and tapered my citoplam to a quarter of a 5mg tablette. Outside the US there is no compound pharmasist, after the smaller tablette and a pill cutter its cold turkey and nasty side effects. Info on withdrawl is denied to the medical profession, by in large. Alternatively a video on SAMe?

Dr. Berg, can you let me know if high levels of DHT can contribute to prostate enlargement. I understand the importance of combating hormonal inversion, however, it seems that higher than normal DHT may factor in as contributing to enlarged prostate. Thank you

Just out of interest, is the tomato sauce that is referred to the one sold at the likes of Walmart of the one used in restaurants?
