I turned back to yoga after some experiences in life were so severe that only then I got to research about cPTSD. Yoga was not a thing regarding cPTSD eight years ago, though. At least not in my side of the world. So I simply tried with normal yogaon my own prescription. However, from time to time when I find the same types of people to retraumatize me all over again. Nit even normal yoga helps. I recently discovered your channel and I am so happy. Although yoga poses that should supposedly be simple have been ferling real hard now that I do them so slowly in the channel. I feel much better than when I do lots of poses in a shorter period of time. Thank you! 🙏
Thank you for this, A thought came up for me while doing this, that I haven’t felt safe to love me because of living environments, jobs, or relationships I have been in haven’t been as compassionate. I’m trying to learn how to love and have compassion for myself again after being in these unsafe dynamics and it’s scary to start putting me first
Your trauma yogas make me feel so calm at peace and actually feel totally relaxed it’s helping me heal and release so much I can’t thank you enough ❤❤❤
Today I wanted to take time to thank you. Me and my wife are following your 30 minutes sessions nearly every morning. It's helping us a lot, we are really glad we found your channel.
Processing trauma, I was searching for a healing yoga class and found this beautiful session. I loved how you said to explore how the mantra might feel like if it doesn't sound right for now. The whole class you made me feel so accepted by your choices to stay in a posture or your reminder to not rush. Thank you so much!
Thank you so much for being there with me throughout my healing process. I can't express how much love and compassion I receive from you everyday. I send you so much love.
Wow. Thank you for that. It’s my first video of yours and it was very helpful. Definitely an invitation to look at stored trauma and release what is ready to go.
Thank you. If you do one that is even slower and mindful - perhaps heart based that would also be great. I am just overcoming major PTSD and I found this a little fast paced. The wording was great but the actions were a little fast. I am always as honest as can be in feedback so this is purely an idea for you but thank you greatly. For example - and being trauma based - ending with a shavasina would be a good idea. Much appreciated again
I used to follow your videos a while back but needed to take a break due to health issues, but I'm slowly starting to come back, and this video helped so much. Thank you! 😊 ❤
I loved this. I have done 3 of ur videos. Yoga for like 6 years. Never heard of a tibetan sun sal. It will be my sub for allsun sals. Its much easier on my shoulders as ihave arthritis. :)
This practice opened me up to myself. I had a really hard day that triggered some old trauma. This was the perfect practice to soothe my heavy heart. 🤍
Thank you for your support in my healing process. I can feel your love, care and compassion for others, truly a gift for the world. 🙏

Hi, which video will be for sacral chakra trauma ?
How often should you do these? Once or twice a week? Or everytime you feel it?
I can hardly hear you and I have my volumes up to the max. Is there any way you could increase the volume on these?
