Nocturnal's robes, you can get them by using a mod. Cheat Room mods are prob the best to choose since you can get more stuff with them than just the robes
It's the robe of Nocturne, it's unobtainable, and you can equip it by using console command on pc, I' not sure there is any Physical Item of it so it might not appear in inventory if you use Additem.

how did you get Boethia to send you after Solitude's Jarl? O.o just finished a playthrough in SE (1.5 version), and didn't get it o.o
