    Tata Eureka Park Tata ka nahi hai, Tata ka naam hai aur local builder ke sath JV hai, quality not at par with Maharashtra Flats as Mumbai and Pune

      Hi Abhishek ji, It is a project of TATA Value Homes Ltd. which comes under TATA Housing and Development which comes under TATA Sons (Main company of TATA). So this allegation of not TATA project is totally fake. TATA is a listed comapny so they do not deal in cash and most of the land deals in UP in resale invloves huge cash. So all listed developers have to take land in JV basis with other developer like Godrej Palm retreat JV with ACE and Godrej Woods JV with Shipra. TATA Eureka Park is an affordable project they have sold 2bhk at 65 lakhs in phase 1 so how can it be compared with a luxury project. TATA do have luxury projects in Gurgaon as well like TATA Primanti but for that project one has to spend at least 4-5 crores.

      Huge cash as in "Black" as they do in Delhi quoting X and taking 1.5 X of which 0.5X is "Black" is cash. Yes I have seen that in Delhi/NCT-Gurgaon and Noida

    Not Uttar Pradesh as a whole, Noida dude. JVs doesnot mean pure Tata or Godrej project. I have been in Mumbai and Pune for more than 12 years and know what they deliver there within or on the timelines. Noida nope, things are getting stuck as even Ace's Project are under NCLT. Btw land prices in Noida are way below Mumbai or Pune. I donot agree with you man. Talk facts and data.

      My friend Abhishek, Ghaziabad also comes in UP and if you buy a land in ghaziabad in resale then also cash part is involved. Ok? You want to compare Noida with Mumbai which was never the topic. You are expecting too much from Noida's developers. My suggestion to you is be realistic, look at the history of Noida development then choose a project which suits your requirement. If you want buy in Noida and see Mumbai, Pune, NCLT etc. Then you will never be able to buy any property.

      First of all my view point is not as a broker you can purchase anywhere till your investment are safe and incremental but as per current policy of noida authority nothing will be stuck in noida region after Rera guidelines and builder need to pay 💰 land cost in 3 months so only medium and big developers with good track record launching 🚀 projects.
