Its my experience "affordable" and "coastal city" are mutually exclusive.
Affordable is almost always interior towns. If a coastal city is affordable now, it won't be in the near future.

Very colorful video! It would be helpful if you could work in the monthly rents in a comparable way. For example, in one area you price one bedroom apartments, in another you give an overall estimate of monthly costs.

Very interesting but pronounciation of some of the place names (E.g. Santander) is poor.

This is rubbish, affordable places in Spain are in the cash strapped interior towns and villages.

No, there should be no accent.
There are 3 different types os words regarding where is the strong syllabe:
1 - Agudas: In this words the last syllabe is the strong one, and they have accent when it ends in vocal or in consonant "n" or "s".
      For example:
"Canción" has accent. Its aguda ending in N
"Cortés" has accent. Its aguda ending in S
"Sofá" has accent. Its aguda ending in vocal
"Santander" doesnt have accent because it ends in consonant R, not N or S.
2 - Llanas: this are the most common type in english language wherein normally all words are llanas. Here the strong syllabe is the penultimate (second to last).
This words have accent when the last syllabe ends in cosonant, not being "n" or "s". When the llana word ends in a combination of two consonants, take the penultimate to apply the rule, like "Bíceps".
      For example:
"Hábil" has accent. Its llana ending in consonant L
"Carta" doesnt have accent. Its llana ending in vocal.
"Certamen" desnt have accent. Its llana ending in consonant N
"Bíceps" has accent because it ends in two consonants, and we use the second to last P to apply the rule.
3 - Esdrújulas: Here all the words have accent. The strong syllabe is the antepenultimate.
      Example:
      "Lámpara", "Cámara", "Tráfico", "Túmero", "Murciélago".
