Oh man, I've watched this one probably thirty times, shown it to all my friends. Bill at his prime. Then he went and got married and I did the same.....oh man.....
Which showcases how much a brilliant writer he is. Believe it or not he actually writes down his material, you can tell by the fact that he repeats his routines in multiple shows. He sort of reminds me of Frederic Chopin, a Polish composer of classical music. I make this comparison because Chopin managed to give the impression that his music was improvised when he actually spent days and days on a single measure of music. The same goes for Burr, the guy actually writes these things down and prepares them for a show, but delivers them in a way that makes it seem completely improvised. Which is pretty cool. :)
No he said himself he doesn't write it down.. It's the same stuff but he makes it up on stage, and then uses the best stuff over and over again, and eventually has enough to do a special like this.

His voice and facial expressions are absolutely hilarious. He is just an innately hilarious person. He probably doesn’t even need to try, more often than not in his normal day to day routine, and gets more laughs than a little bit. Just a legend and he’s in my personal top 5 comics to ever do it. Carlin, Pryor, Murphy, Burr, and Chappelle…in no particular order. 😂
Me too!! Love this guy!! Probably my 10th time watching this particular one. It’s my favorite….that “old guy face” makes me laugh uncontrollably every single time!😂
@darksteel-vu1bz completely agree with you. He’s just funny funny. There are some comics who are good at nailing a punchline, great timing…others are really funny at explaining the minutiae, or the ordinary occurrences most of us don’t blink at or give a second thought to, and there’s a really REALLY unique comedian that has transitioned his act into ginormously funny storytelling about his life and the ups and downs (Ali Siddiq) Ali has locked that down. I’ve never seen a comedian bring an audience from gut laughter, to literal emphatic tears, and BACK to laughter in the span of 4 mins. It’s a ballsy, risky direction to attempt cuz if you can’t bring the vibe back up, you might as well walk off…Ali is so talented, he can do it. Check him out if you haven’t already…in terms of just being verbally, physically, and cleverly hilarious and being able to connect with so many people, I’d take Bill Burr all day. He vomits exactly what’s on his mind, regardless of feelings. Truth doesn’t care about feelings. He’s great 👍🏼
This was my introduction to bill burr - late one night on netflix feeling good after a bowl or two and I was dying laughing. The next day I had to watch it again to make sure I wasnt just laughing because I was high. Bill Burr is the best - one of my favorite standup comics.
As a black dude I watch this in front of my coworkers of multiple races especially women. I put this and Bill's other specials on every day.❤ My sister gave birth to my nephew and I played this for her baby shower 🤣🤣🤣
This was, without a doubt, one of the best and funniest bits I ever heard in my life. And I am 63 years old. A few more years and I will look like that old guy he describes. Now I have to wait for my stomach to stop hurting. Thank you...
They took it off because he offended sombody at netflix. I think he made a joke about some Asian dude and the Netflix guy got offended on the Asian dudes behalf.
Chappelle was my favorite. Not really caring for his new stand up. Think it is mostly to tell messages, about how he doesn't care over being funny. Think Bill is my favorite now. Dave and Bill in skits were probably my favorite of all time. Wish they'd collab again with some new blood. (Not sure who. I hear Bill helped a few popular comedians yet I forget whom. I’m 52 and my wife and kids have had dogs, but I have never had one. I’ve just never wanted one. 2 years ago, this 5 month old little guy came up and we bonded instantly. We were like every one else, a “ pit bull?!!” He was the absolute best dog we have ever had. Just before Christmas he got a nose bleed, ended up being cancer he passed away about 2 weeks ago. My 9 year old little girl and me are just heartbroken.
💔. Very saddened to read the tail-end of your comment. ❤️🩹 Adopting a dog (soon) will heal your hearts, minds, and souls. 💞 Turn another pup's life around. 🐾
I chose to euthanize both puppers after their exceptionally long lives filled with daily joy, irrepressable playfulness and boundless love. The breed purportedly typically lasts but a decade, but my beloved girls each enjoyed 18 years of high quality, playful much-loved LIFE. I abhor lies but was considering lying to my kids (should her end have appeared painful, for I was aware that escaping air can sound like PAIN), and I consequently respected their wishes when they accompanied us to the vets (yet opted to wait in the car as she & I went inside). Yet there was no need to lie: she was truly worn out & her body shutting down & I could tell them, unequivocably, it was the kindest thing to do. My vet was VISIBLY RELIEVED when I told him I did NOT want to subject her to any tests nor heroic attempts to prolong her life...and asked..."Is she not dying?" to which he said, "Yes, her body is shutting down." He told me he was not looking forward to the conversation WITH ME, SPECIFICALLY, had I not accepted the fact she was, in truth, dying. It would have been a betrayal of her love and trust to subject her to any pointless tests or to choose to prolong her life by artifical means at that point. A wonderful vet knows this. These loving creatures are owed our kindness throughout their lives and a quality life: free from pain and harm. My sons were younger (of course) when our first Wheaten died...yet they gained solace when I could honestly say it was the kindest thing to do at that point. She had previously non verbally said "Goodbye" to my youngest son at home, (shortly before we phoned the vet and told him we were bringing her in), consoling HIM and communicating that we needed to let her...go. My youngest son is a genuine animal empath (who literally feels the pain and other intense emotions of animals), so he KNEW we HAD TO take her in. The vet ~ trusting me to not exploit his kindness ~ shuffled his appointments such that there was NOT an INSTANT'S DELAY when we arrived. He prioritized us over less essential scheduled appointments as he did not want his charge to...suffer. I had taken her in some 4 times in the last few years...fearing the end was nigh...but each time he examined her and determined the underlaying issue...treated her...and sent her home with us. I trust this remarkable professional as he truly loves animals (certain people not-so-much) and will do all in his power to assure they are given the care and comfort they deserve. The LOVE truly lives on in your hearts and you can help your daughter by focusing on the fact the joy and love you gave your cherished dog throughout your [EDIT: FEW but CHERISHED] years together TRULY mattered. Each dog or animal entrusted to our care lives on in our hearts and memories. A loving human being grieves their loss but there are far worse things than gently allowing them to go when a qualified, loving, ethical and honest vet confirms your suspiscion that their life has run it's course❤. Truth resonates...and your love for both your child and the dog you each loved will help her fully experience and process her emotions. HAD YOU NOT intervened...he would not have had the love and kindness you each gave HIM. I wish you well❤
@@DanceintheRaine666 I was convinced he just had something lodged in his nose, antibiotics, sinus flush, finally he had a scan and a biopsy. The kids knew he wasn’t feeling good, he had swelling in his face. We always have family dinner and it was discussed that he probably didn’t have long. There were a lot of tears. Over the next few weeks Rich was spoiled with treats and hugs. He would either sleep with my daughter or myself. We didn’t want him to suffer, and it was hard because he was eating and shaking his tail. But, a Sunday night he was with me and he couldn’t sleep, I could tell he was in pain and scared. The next morning my wife and I took him to the vet and he passed within a second, we were sitting in the floor and he was between us with his head on my wife’s lap. There was no way I was not going to be with him at that time. Knowing I would only have 2 years with him, I would do it all over again. We thought about having the vet come to the house, but thought it would be too traumatic for the littles at that time. To always relate a place in our home where Rich died. We were honest with them throughout the process and it was the best thing.

He’s great 👍🏼
do not watch this while high...I almost died
haha
almost choke on the blunt
:D
stone sober I laugh my ass off.
too late.
"Dude im not cold, im not cold..Im just thinking of something I really agree with" LMFAO! Genius
aonewomancrowd you like 12?
@aonewomancrowd You shake and you look like your saying yes very rapidly
@aonewomancrowd every spoke to an Indian?
The older I get the more I agree with Bill. He's just one of the best.
One of the best sets in comic history.
The constant level of quality comedy writing with perfect delivery... Absolutely astonishing
Yes. From start to finish every time. He's great in interviews as well.
He’s a master at one of the hardest crafts out there. All the respect in the world to him. You have to be quite smart to have the views he has
Agree his wnba bit is soooo good with the f bomb deliveries! You, don't give a... fuuuuck about them lol
One of the rarer comedy specials where the laughs are literally non-stop
From beginning to end!
This was my introduction to bill burr - late one night on netflix feeling good after a bowl or two and I was dying laughing. The next day I had to watch it again to make sure I wasnt just laughing because I was high. Bill Burr is the best - one of my favorite standup comics.
"The next day I had to watch it again to make sure I wasnt just laughing because I was high." 😂😂😂
@@claudiavalentijn1457 True Story 😂
As a black dude I watch this in front of my coworkers of multiple races especially women. I put this and Bill's other specials on every day.❤ My sister gave birth to my nephew and I played this for her baby shower 🤣🤣🤣
If your nephew becomes a comic, that's all due to the uncle!
I love how legit mad he makes himself talking about things that annoy him.
Hands down the best comedian out there.
Nah man he's amazing but he's like a less clever CK that's also a bigot.
@@sinekonata can't get past 30 seconds of Louis
@@TheShakey99
There are 2 hints of possible explanations as to why in my previous comment.
@@sinekonata bigot?
Kevin Hart?
Bill burr is the best. Shout out from 2024 ✌
I like people like Bill because they say what they really think - no fake BS.
For real he even acknowledges his shortcomings like "don't listen to me I'm a maniac" can't hate a guy who's so self conscious😂
Bill Burr: The Comedic Genius
So true 😌
The greatest of all time!
This was, without a doubt, one of the best and funniest bits I ever heard in my life. And I am 63 years old. A few more years and I will look like that old guy he describes.
Now I have to wait for my stomach to stop hurting. Thank you...
You look like the guy yet or..?
@@TheGodFahader 🤣🤣🤣🤣
No one will ever be like Bill Burr ...what a ride every time... hilarious none stop laughter and fun ....top tier and more comedian.....❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I cant get enough of this every year i have to watch at least some of it. 😂😂
Dude. What kind of a man ask another man if he wants a cookie.....😂🤣😂🤣🤣🤣
Thats why I pre-emptively ask every guy for a cookie so they can't suggest I'd like a cookie
This used to be on Netflix, don't know why they took it off, hands down one of the best specials of his.
The fag jokes I reckon
What about “ im sorry you feel this way “ special can’t find it online or on Netflix 🙃
They took it off because he offended sombody at netflix. I think he made a joke about some Asian dude and the Netflix guy got offended on the Asian dudes behalf.
@@badjuju2721 which one specifically are you talking about?
@@badjuju2721 I didn't hear about that but I just assumed it was bc he did that bit abt "what a fag!!"
As a black man he's my all time favorite (white) comedian! Period, cause he tells the truth.
Helped produce.
kinde racist comment but okay
@@patricktinashe2812ABSOLUTELY nothing racist about his comments. Learn another word, racist is over used and very rarely spoken in the proper context...
@@user-kz1un7hm9z he basically used race as a way of dividing comedians but okay.
@@patricktinashe2812God is racist then, because the fact He made black people a different color than white people to begin with ... He DIVIDED people based on color
This is why they want to shut comedians down now. Truthful and prophetic.
Ohh man that bit at the end about the old guys face had my fucking crying!!!... Genius, fucking Genius!!
His bit on women is much appreciated right now.
Fucking yes
Listen to patrice o neal on women onthe opie and anthony show, you'd love it. Patrice was burr's good friend and a profit you can tell their influence on each other
And 2 years later it’s still growing D;
Do you want a sandwich?
@nick Baker, three years later, still true
Bro this has to be the best stand up ever. You dont get bored of the content. He just keeps it comin
Brilliant, April 2024 and this was me watching this for the 1st time
"dude i'm not cold, i'm just thinking of something i really agree with" HAHAHAHA
The way he sets the jokes up is pure art wow
I've watched hundreds of Kill Tony's, if not over a thousand, and this is the first one to bring me to tears.
I've not seen this special in at least ten years. It amazes me how much of my day-to-day quips and anecdotes are from Bill! I didn't even realize how influential he would be to my outlook and sense of humor.
too real for TV ...Hope he stays alive
dequan spruill hope he stays alive?
Lou Lazardi lmao
Lot's of comedians commit suicide, so ya I hope he stays alive aswell
Ahhh you caught the eyes wide shut bit too huh!?
That’s menacing as fuck are you planning something?
That cookie bit is gold.
Rock and Burr are the GOATs. Make you laugh, make you think, perfect delivery and timing. This one is one of Burrs best - never gets old.
Yes but Pryor was great too.
And Carlin, Iglesias and Jo Koy
Saw him live last September in Philly. Best stand up ever. Period.
"i did my job. I picked up what i want i was gonna pay you but you weren't there" hahaha i love this guy
Everything he said. So very true. I've had those same thoughts lol
this nigga needs more specials. i've watch all three of them this past week and have watched each of them at least 3 times individually.
Trevor Houdek he taped one earlier this month in Nashville
Bruh there's more
Why in the world am I allowed such a long username i don't know why i said three. i definitely meant to put four and i'm pretty sure that's all there is.
He has another one coming out on January 31st. So a few weeks from now

And, I see he has a BOOK?
Bill Burr is NOT my FAVOURITE comedian, but he definitely ranks #2....oh...and his podcasts are gold, too.
I am a woman and I love his calling out the horrible females in this world. There is no malice, simply truth. I love this guy.
💔. Very saddened to read
the tail-end of your comment. ❤️🩹
Adopting a dog (soon) will heal your hearts, minds, and souls. 💞
Turn another pup's life around.
I’m 58 and I love raw shit like this

''Y'know''- Bill Burr 5000 times per minute
Erik Nilsson it's brutal
"I don't know man"
"I don't know..." .... "Ya' know?" .... "Don't listen to me, I'm just full of shit..." 1.) Bill, uh, yeah you DO KNOW, 2.) Yes, absolutely, we KNOW, thank you Bill for reaffirming what we know but need affirmation!, 3.) No, Bill, you aren't full of shit.
Thank you, Bill, you are the last of the Mohicans.
Right?
"It's unreal/brutal."
Bill Burr is just so savagely honest that I can't help but respect his point of view always!.😂
Crazy how he went from small venues to seeing him at Oakland Arena last year. Legend.
Never seen a self-checkout in 2010. Never dreamed back then that they would piss me off so much in 2024. Mr. Burr is a psychic!
„Lean on the keyboard sweetheart, I don’t know what to tell you“. I’m gonna use that line.
This guy is my absolute favorite comedian. I can listen to him do the bit like 1000 times and still piss myself laughing. In a bad mood? Not for long.
Mine too. When ever im feeling pissed.I put on B.B stand up.Cures me instantly. Its magic.
Sooooo, thanks Bill!! He rants on my behalf cuz. my personality is just like his, lol. No patience for bs whatsoever!!
ahead of his time. everytime
Everything he said years ago is still true to this day
This is my favorite Burr special.

Ok that was a good one. That’s how you take an old tired comment and make it funny again lmaooo
Bruh this is more relevant now than it was 10 years ago.
