നാഷണൽ കമ്പനി ലോ ട്രൈബ്യൂണലിൻ്റെ വിധിപ്രകാരം റായ്പൂര്‍ ആസ്ഥാനമായി പ്രവര്‍ത്തിക്കുന്ന ഛത്തീസ്ഗഡ് ഔട്ട്‌സോഴ്‌സിങ്ങ് സര്‍വീസ് എന്ന കണ്‍സള്‍ട്ടന്‍സി കമ്പനിക്കാണ് സ്റ്റീല്‍ കോംപ്ലക്‌സ് ലഭിക്കുക. എന്നാല്‍ ട്രൈബ്യൂണല്‍ വിധിയില്‍ ദുരൂഹതയുണ്ടെന്ന് തൊഴിലാളികള്‍ പറയുന്നു. സ്റ്റീല്‍ കോംപ്ലക്‌സിന്റെ 300 കോടിയോളം വിലവരുന്ന സ്വത്തുവകകള്‍ വെറും 30 കോടി രൂപക്കാണ് ഛത്തീസ്ഗഡ് ഔട്ട്‌സോഴ്‌സിങ്ങ് സര്‍വീസിന് വില്‍ക്കുന്നത്. ലീഗല്‍, ഓഡിറ്റിങ്ങ്, അക്കൗണ്ടിംഗ് മേഖലകളില്‍ മാത്രം പ്രവര്‍ത്തി പരിചയമുള്ള, ഇരുമ്പുരുക്ക് വ്യവസായമേഖലയില്‍ പറയത്തക്ക പരിചയമില്ലാത്ത കമ്പനി സ്റ്റീല്‍ കോംപ്ലക്‌സ് പോലൊരു സ്ഥാപനം ഏറ്റെടുക്കുന്നതിലും ദുരൂഹതയുണ്ടെന്നും തൊഴിലാളികള്‍ പറയുന്നു. സ്റ്റീല്‍ കോംപ്ലക്‌സിന്റെ മൂന്നേക്കര്‍ ഭൂമിയില്‍ വ്യവസായമല്ലാതെ മറ്റൊന്നും തുടങ്ങാനുമാകില്ല.
The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) has temporarily stopped the ownership transfer of the SAIL-Steel Complex, a joint venture of the Steel Authority of India Limited (a central public sector institution) and Steel Complex Limited (owned by the Kerala government).
