I've been playing solo using the trick where you lower your mtu or something with the internet on Playstation and honestly I need all the money I need. Now yes I get it why play solo and also why would you need money if on solo? Well 1. To answer the first question I play solo because I absolutely hate the Rockstar online community especially in GTA online, I don't really know what's fun about spending money on your moms credit card or wasting your well earned money buying a flying/shooting broomstick just to farm new players basically stopping them from playing the game or actually being able to do anything. To answer the second question I like to buy random outfits because online mode actually allows me to play as my own character with their own story or heck even a female gunslinger/outlaw if I wish and being able to buy a bunch of random outfits or guns is fun. I feel like online mode is the true rpg experience, nothing against Arthur or John. So yeah that's my experience with it, sure the missions are a bit more difficult solo but hey don't gotta deal with cheaters or ppl wanting to waste their time ruining the experience for others by killing them over and over.
Every time I got attacked by other players doing a delivery if I can't beat them I simply log out before they can claim the load and log back in... I look for them in the lobby and troll kill them til they give up and i still have my supplies, just have to start the mission over ...easy
I remember when I played Red Dead 2 for the first time, it was a very memorable game for me, I had never played anything with such high quality, and when I saw the beta of the online mode... Man, that made me so happy, just imagining what it could be like... It's a shame to see that Rockstar simply abandoned their best game...

I can’t necessarily relate to that because I still want to play daily even at 3000 hours so way back when I was getting started I really had a grind mindset, but I will say if you don’t feel like it don’t play it. If you force it you’ll start to resent it. But when you get the itch definitely jump in! It’s a magical game. I recommend a few gold gather methods that’ll help you get gold fast if you play consistently and constantly (could be at least 3-4 hrs) Use dynamite to blow up fish (lakes/rivers [need to get 2kills) after 20 kills reset reward and claim .4 gold Collect herbs (any and all) sell all to the doc till you get to 100 sold (reset reward and claim .4 gold Buying at trade stores, reset reward after spending 1k in ships (cannot stress this enough, to buy carefully, make sure you don’t spend $550 when you need to spend $50 or $75 to get that .4 gold reset, buy some food/tonics or whatever to get the 1k threshold [then buy the $550 item and boom already halfway to another .4 gold just by buying smart ] Also buy 1k consumables (fruit,bread,horse food) after buying 1k items that can be used/eaten reset reward and claim your .4 gold Daily challenges (do all easy ones, maybe 1-2 out of your way) same for role challenges [ex:moonshiner has 3 I usually only do 1, Sell 2k worth of moonshine it’s always there] .10-.25 (Weekly streak) Naturalist role: keep a blending tonic on hand or ingredients to craft one (always a daily for that) .10-.25 gold depending on Weekly streak Collector role: Find certain type or certain amount of collectibles (usually 1 or the other) .10-.25 (weekly streak) Definitely do your maps (can get .5-1.5 gold per map) Bounties (.2-.3 I think maybe .4 if done at 12 mins) Edit: if you really need need gold (and your stacked on cash) Buy all herbs from madam bazar ($100) And sell all to the doc and get your .4 gold that way (no limit either,until you realize that your traveling a lot for .4 gold but it is the fastest and consistent method if your rich in cash)

Are you on pc ? It was happening to me too I contacted rockstar support for help but they were unable to provide any but using RDO lobby manager on PC fixed my game somehow you should try doing that too

I just was farming animals to sedate and for some reason even when I’m choosing the ammo to sedate them I kill the animals. What the hell is this bug or whatever? Am I tripping or did I highlight something wrong? I made sure it was the sedative ammo and it killed a horse or a chicken.
I was struggling with this too but I put mine in the heartlands and just hunter 2-3 star deer’s now I’m almost lv 10 and also always do the resupply because it give 500 teaser xp
@@akeiu78423 star crocs are your best friend they just sit there 1 headshot with a rifle like a bolt action regular ammo 👍 also if you see any legendary thats good too. Good thing about crocs is you also get teeth and sometimes a baby 3 star croc and donate the whole carcuss. I also thought 3 star buck whitetail etc when i first started but then realised there is good spots in the bayou with lots of 3 star crocs just sitting there.
Horrible advice. You will make barely little cash as a BH, which means getting all the good guns, etc, takes a lot of time. And items are way too costly in terms of gold. Start with the Trader role to start making good money relatively quickly. Even better, get the Trader role and find a posse running Trader missions for easy cash.
There’s a few filters you can apply to make it look like the game map. I think there’s 3 different options. One can highlight all the roads and small trails the original/default version doesn’t show. The map should be accurate and to scale though. It’s imported right out of the game. But I use it on desktop. I’m sure it looks nasty on mobile
A full collector run of absolutely everything except fossils takes me 6 hours. Done it many times when frontier pursuits came out and jeanropke map had everything accounted for. You must be very slow tbh, not bashing but the good news is you can improve on speeding to make your collector runs much faster 👍🏻
I tried playing online a few months ago and got discouraged very fast because of not being able to load into the intro games they had me doing. I really wanna try again but idk.
I don’t think a player who wants $100k as fast as they possible can get it cares about whether or not it’s fun, they just want to grind and min max until their eyes bleed and they need to sleep. But then after all the dedication they’ll achieve their goal they set out for and have a big sense of accomplishment 👍🏻
It depends If you just want money, go with collector, but it will be harder to farm gold, if you want a little less money but still earn gold, go with bounty hunter

Collector is so good. I already have level 20 collector. It was really easy to level up and it gives so much money.

The Jean Ropke map is a bit of a pain in the ass though because it's not an exact replica of the in game map
There’s a few filters you can apply to make it look like the game map. I think there’s 3 different options. One can highlight all the roads and small trails the original/default version doesn’t show. The map should be accurate and to scale though. It’s imported right out of the game. But I use it on desktop. I’m sure it looks nasty on mobile
2 hours? Eh, thats a little inaccurate. Running aroung the grabbing eggs, alcohol, heirlooms and cards takes at 6 hours
A full collector run of absolutely everything except fossils takes me 6 hours. Done it many times when frontier pursuits came out and jeanropke map had everything accounted for. You must be very slow tbh, not bashing but the good news is you can improve on speeding to make your collector runs much faster 👍🏻

I don’t think a player who wants $100k as fast as they possible can get it cares about whether or not it’s fun, they just want to grind and min max until their eyes bleed and they need to sleep. But then after all the dedication they’ll achieve their goal they set out for and have a big sense of accomplishment 👍🏻

It depends If you just want money, go with collector, but it will be harder to farm gold, if you want a little less money but still earn gold, go with bounty hunter
