I have watched so many of your video's over the years and really enjoy learning from you. You are such a good instructor and I appreciate how you don't edit out the mishaps but instead, teach how to overcome them. Thank you!
Thank you so much for this tutorial. I looked at so many other videos and this is the only one that really explained how to keep the rug flat! I started one and it was curving and wonky and I was so worried my first rug would turn out really bad. I pulled out the stitches and started over. Thank goodness for your video. I finished it and turned out so nice! Not perfectly flat but with practice I know it’ll get better. Thank you so much! Looking forward to making more.
Hi! I had a busy day sewing and filming in my sewing room today. I'm so thankful that I get to sit down and watch your video! I'm still hand sewing and mending my blue jeans but I have you to keep me company. I hope you have a blissful week ahead. Thank you for sharing your video and your talent.
You are an amazing teacher. ¥ou are very clear on what you are saying. Anyone could follow this video. Thank you for all the amazing. Tips, I am about to start putting my first rug together but am nervous about those sharp curves at the beginning.
I love your honest feedback . I got the clover tube maker and I must say it’s a game changer! I did a Jelly roll rug with and with out one and the ease was fabulous! Thanks for all you do
Nice job. I wish the camera was above you so that I can see the stitching. At the end we can’t see how you stitched the last part. I agree, my oval rug is my only rug. I redid it 3 times! I ended up GLUING it a little at a time with E6000 and let it dry 24 hrs, then stitched that part. I know, crazy! But it turned out perfectly. It took forever! Thanks for more great tips!
I love the green I want something like that for my room so I’m on the hunt for a green & white coloured jelly roll as much as possible so it goes in my bedroom but I think a straight rug will fit best
I'm in the process of sewing my jelly roll together, but in the corners it puffs up a bit. Could it be that my zick Zack stich is too tight? This is my first one I'm making.
That could be due to a couple of different reasons, starting 29min Stephanie goes over some steps to make sure the rug stays flat. The tension could also be a little tight, like you mentioned, or you could be rolling the curves a little too tight causing them to buckle up. I hope that helps! If you're still having trouble please feel free to email help@quiltaddictsanonymous.com and we'll be happy to troubleshoot with you!
This instructor is amazing. She explains everything so well. She is perfect.

Beautiful Rug!
What quilt pattern is behind you on the right side of the screen? I’m obsessed!
I love the story!
You are awesome! I wish my hands could do this.

Very pretty
This is neat thanks for the tutorial
Would it be possible to make a jelly roll rug for in front of the fireplace? Like a half circle or half rectangle?
Shabby fabrics has a great tutorial for that
Do you have to put batting inbetween when making the rug
Do you have a video on how you made the handbag with the gold bottom and the apples. in your background?
Thank you for your interest! That bag is one of our Tourist Tote samples and the video tutorial is here: th-cam.com/video/6hP1HEwpXDw/w-d-xo.html
@@QuiltAddictsAnonymous Thank you
