He’s making better progress than I thought he would. I’ve known him for a l while now and after a couple sessions of working with him he’s a completely different horse. I’m so proud of him.
Thank you! I don’t remember where I learned it from or if it’s something I just kinda came up with. Either way it’s not something you see everyday but it works when you need to push the horse a little more when it comes to haltering. Still need the horse to be okay with a human touching them, but they don’t have to be 100% gentle for you to be at least mostly safe when doing the first haltering like this.
