    What decking boards are those? Much smarter than the traditional grooved ones

    Eventually rots. Slippery in a winter. Not recommended. Paved area much more long lasting.

    I love watching diy videos, and learning new ideas. But I hate when they come on, and they first thing they show is equipment the regular person doesn’t have, or even know how to operate

      thanks for the comment bud its a time-lapse of what i do at work by myself i use to do it by hand but saved up bought a machine so it didn't kill my back

      You can rent machines like that ( dont need to buy) and they will give you instructions on how to safely use it, done it many times as a diy guy.

    great work but I always wonder why anyone would want a wood deck in UK .My neighbour replaced his every 5 years after it rots.

      hi ive had mine in my garden for more than 8 years all depends on treatments used it looks brand new i may do a video of it on here so people can see decking will easily last 10 to 15 years no problem just need the right treatment for it. i do mine once a year takes me about 4 hours to complete it all.
      stay tuned for a video of it

    • @howilandscape
      @howilandscape  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      not enough light or water can get to it to grow ile do a return video soon so i can show the result of no membrane

    • @davieferguson202
      @davieferguson202 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@howilandscape nonsense. You get moisture from the soil and going through the deck boards. Fact

    • @davieferguson202
      @davieferguson202 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@howilandscape Google it. Every single deck builder in the UK puts membrane covered with gravel under a deck to suppress weeds. But your decks don’t need it? What a ludicrous statement to make
