It's nice that you explain things thoroughly. It's amazing how many people can't read a tape measure or know what center to center is.
Please keep going on your upgrades rentals and housing. I own a house and you are spot with all your suggestions.
Yes please, more rental friendly videos. Love 'em.

Another amazing video packed with such great and practical advice!!!!
Thank you once again for yet another fabulous video. More renter friendly content. At the moment I am 100 percent Guilty of not doing a thing to my space. I am a bad old Homo.

If you plan on doing your own electrical work make sure to double check your local regulations and building code. Some area don’t allow you to do it unless you are a registered electrician.
Yes! I should have mentioned that in some parts of the world this needs to be confirmed!
Thanks once again!
Love this x❤
The "no painting in the rental" rule is f*&king absurd. I always paint it, if I want to, but there are two caveats here: I'll repaint IF I know (or think) I will be in the apartment for a good long while; if I know it's going to be just a few months or only for one year, then, no, I don't paint; and I am prepared to write off the deposit to get the space I want but I totally understand that most people don't want to, or can't, do that, and, again, I'll paint only if I think I'm going to be there for a few years. Usually I make a deal--and it's worked all but once--that I'll just repaint the apartment whatever color the landlord wants when I move out. That's even more $$$ gone but it's worth it to me for my space to be MY space, even if it's a rental.
Good suggestions! You showed a few nice rugs. can you let us know the source of those rugs please.
You can buy. It’s just that people THINK their first home has to have a pool.3 car garage. Granite. Designer floors etc. you start out small…. My first house had no kitchen cabinets or AC/heat. I won’t tell you about my new house. Lol. Everyone sees what the Jones’s have and think they have to beat that… Start SMALL!
