The engine looks way better, nice job on that. The bars are alright, but the cables dominate the area, taking away focus. I’d consider changing the brake and clutch to braided cables. Also, I’ve never done it, but consider getting rid of the return throttle cable to reduce the clutter. It’s a common mod. Easy for a man of your talents.

Just brought a whiskey throttle and buttons so I can get rid off the bulky controls yer I look in to getting rid off the return cable and going to try running the few wires that are left through the bars

I tried to leave a comment on your part 3 video but comments are turned off ... It is so ironic that you are turning your Thunderbird storm into what mine was. I have a 2013 Triumph Thunderbird Storm. I bought it from South Dakota and the original owner Klockwerk Motorcycles had put mini apes, mid controls and Triumph Thunderbird Commander front forks and wheels on it. I didn't really like the feel or look of the bike so returned it mostly back to stock except for the wheels. I had to completely rebuild the harness like you did in part 3 and shorten all the cables. Managed to get plenty from Bay (handlebars etc), the rest (brake lines, LED headlight from Amazon).
These are great motorcycles. I am also planning to do passive keyless entry system on my Thunderbird Storm .. I already put it on my 2016 Indian Scout (posted video on TH-cam). I did some custom lighting on the front and rear of my TB. I don't really ride it much unfortunately, it's a little heavy for me being a smaller chap but I just love the look of these! It's quite a bit heavier than my Indian Scout and there is very little aftermarket stuff available for it especially after it got discontinued. Wish Triumph would bring it back!
